Welcome to the Half-Moon Casa
The property is located one street from the waterfront. It is newly painted and furnished, with a living area and an open plan kitchen/dining area. It has a fully working kitchen including dishwasher and coffee machine. Basic cleaning and food staples are available.

In summer there is an air conditioner located in the dining area and in winter, ducted heating.

The Half-Moon Casa can accommodate up to 6 people.

A BBQ and generous outdoor living area is just a step out the backdoor. The house is located on a large block that can fit a boat if you are planning on doing some fishing, and there are ample taps to wash your boat down after a day on the bay/ocean. The drive way can fit 2 cars behind the secure gate, and also another 2 outside the gate.

Portarlington is accessible from Melbourne by the Ferry. The ferry will drop you off at the Pier which is 2.4 kms from Half-Moon Casa.

Half Moon Casa is located in a quiet area of Portalington, just a short stroll to the water front. This property is tucked away in a peaceful suburban street, depicting a home away from home, while giving you the luxuries of actually being on holiday.
Portarlington is a beautiful, quaint bay town. Half-moon Casa offers the best location, which is only a 4 minute drive from the town's main centre, with a range of restaurants, cafes, local stores and boutiques. There is a path along the waterfront that you can walk into town on a leisurely stroll, or just bring your bikes for a quick bike ride.
There are many wineries in the area, and you can tour these wineries following the Bellarine Taste Trail. Or if you are happy with one, you can go to the Bellarine Winery which is a short 10 minute drive away.
If you have a love of Golf, the Portarlington Golf Course is only located 1.3 kms away (2 minute drive) from the property. There is also a Bistro at the Club if you wanted to get a bite to eat, the food is lovely, but you will need to book a table.

    House was lovely and clean and smelt amazing, when we arrived. Really big dining /kitchen which was great as we are a big family. Basics were supplied, tea coffee, soap powder, basic spreads, kids' games. Extra's provided Wi-Fi ! Location handy to everything... Highly recommend.
