Easily accessible. Quiet. Nature around you. Clean and roomy.

Townhouse was pretty big, nice view of Ruidoso in the night. Everything worked good and had a pleasant stay. Will plan on coming back soon

It is in a great location and the kids really enjoyed the game room.

We had a great stay here overall but we did notice all the pans were dirty, left with old food on them from the last time they were used and the pictures advertised a balcony with a view but when we arrived the door leading out had been dead bolted locked and had the lock removed so it was not accessible.

Location good, view beautiful. Access to rental easy. The rental top floor very nice and clean. The other floors however not to clean and looked run down. Beds were not comfortable, couches needed cleaning found food in between cushions. Bathroom toilets had issues when flushing. All hand soap containers were watered down and very little amount in them. This unit has potential just needs more attention to small detail's. Again top floor was exceptional but the other 2 floors was an after thought.

Good views. Need better bathrooms. Overall it was a good stay.

Kids loved the pool table and foosball table. Enough room for everyone to spread out and have privacy. Conveniently located. No hair dryer supplied so we purchased and left 2, also no iron for the ironing board. Very quick communication was appreciated. Needs a carpet change but we were comfortable.

It was a decent place and good area. Found a few unclean items along with some broken ones. I was grossed out by the maggot on the towel. Other then that a good place to stay.

We decided to have a bachelor party weekend and just relax in ruidoso. Tje property was excellent. Had everything as advertised and the owner was very helpful.

Overall the property was good and staff very responsive to messages. The location is great, I will say the condo itself is a little dated and could definitely use some renovations to modernize. Be prepared to hear everyone above you and below and next door as the walls are seemingly thin. No other complaints, despite the age of the condos I would still recommend.

It’s in a great location there’s plenty of room barbecue pit kitchen. Everything was great. The foosball table on the pool table are a little out of date so I wouldn’t plan that being the main attraction but all in all it was what it said it was and it’s in a great location every restaurant everything we did was in 10 to 15 minutes Would definitely stay there again. There was a complaint about the beds, but we slept fine.

The condo is exactly how it looks in the photos. It is a little out dated, but that was also part of the reason for picking this place as it is not as fancy as others in the complex. The carpets are dingy and a couple of chairs were broken (stool at the upstairs bar and patio chair outside) but those things did not deter us from having a pleasant stay. The location is great with awesome views. Easily accessible for hiking, close to the river and walking distance to local tourist areas on the main drag. The pool at the condo was a huge bonus.
