Hale Nani: New Poipu Villa- Pool/Spa + Ocean Views

This property met all expectations. We have never had photos support the reality but in this instance, reality was even better. It is a bit more but worth every penny. The staff went above and beyond to help us and we appreciated it all so much. Thank you!

Our family recently visited for my mom's 80th birthday and we had the best time. The house was perfect for our large group, location is excellent with easy access to Poipu and Koloa, and the concierge and house manager were very helpful and responsive. We loved it and hope to be back soon!

This home is an architectural masterpiece. Everything about our 8-night stay exceeded expectations. We had 8 adults and 2 children, yet the privacy of the “podular” layout was exceptional. Early risers could make their coffee without waking others. The kitchen was equipped with everything one could imagine and we enjoyed eating in most of the time including a wonderful catered dinner for a 70th birthday celebration. The courtyard and pool were highlights as the little ones could burn up excess energy and sleep like babies. And, the outdoor showers for every room left nobody wanting. The responsiveness of the property management company was exceptional.Even though some of us were going on to other locations, in Hawaii after our stay, our entire group was sad to bid farewell to this wonderful home in it’s stunning location. We look forward to returning in the not-too-distant future!

Our family of eight had a wonderful stay at Hale Nani! The house was perfect for gathering with spacious seating areas both inside and out. We loved coming home from our daily adventures and watching the sunset in the hot tub. The house is in a perfect location. We went on long walks each morning and could walk to shops and even the beach (although driving is recommended). We hired a chef who was recommend by the concierge service for breakfast and dinners. The meals were delicious, creative and locally sorced. We loved our stay and wouldn't change a thing! Highly recommend!

This was a trip with my daughter’s and my son’s families. A total of 8 of us so the 5 bedrooms were perfect for the stay. The arrival process was a breeze and the home was immaculately clean. The floor plan was ideal and as others have said- pictures do not give this home justice. The kitchen was well stocked for any type of cooking adventure you may want to try. And the deck was spectacular. A pool, sauna, fire pit, and BBQ area as well as a large dining table and a separate lounging area. But the scenery from the deck topped all of this as the westerly view allowed us to catch some wonderful evening sunsets. The hosts were also exceptional. I had a few questions during our week long stay and their responses were always within 30 minutes (even on the weekends).Without reservation, I would highly recommend this property for your vacation.

The house is just as nice as they are in the pictures! A group of adults stayed here for a week and we loved it. The location is awesome as its a short drive to everything you need. I highly recommend to staying here if you have a chance.

The location and layout of the property were above expectations. The neighborhood on the golf course was lovely and close enough to walk to the shops (20 mins) or (highly recommended) take one of the electric golf carts you can rent for an additional charge. The layout of the house was great for our group- 5 independent master suites (one bungalow) with a central great room leading to the pool/hot tub. Prior to the visit we had very rapid communication with the property manager. One of the fuses was blown upon our arrival and we couldn’t reach them when we arrived at 9:30pm but fortunately we found the box and they sent someone to repair the next day. The kitchen was well-equipped and there were plenty of dishes for our big group. Highly recommend this home and we would book here again anytime.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Hale Nani. This property does not disappoint! It's beautiful and was very comfortable for the 10 of us. We did all our own cooking here and the kitchen is stocked with everything you would ever need. The sunsets each night were stunning. The management staff were very communicative, and we highly recommend this property!

We were celebrating our 60th anniversary with our family, there was nine of us. We couldn't have been happier with this beautiful home, it was just what we pictured, it was so clean and the host was very accommodating we would definitely stay at this beautiful place again.
