Stayed Mar 5, 2026I'm going to write the review I wish I'd seen before booking. I can handle just about anything as long as its clean. Cleanliness is my number one priority - and this place was not clean. When I entered the unit, there were long brown hairs and pubic hairs on the master bathroom floor - disgusting! So, despite coming into town for a business conference, I had to clean the bathroom myself before bringing my suitcases and personal items in. Not acceptable!The beds in the unit didn't have any kind of mattress pad or cover - which I think is a hospitality code. Not only that, but the sheets were paper thin and too large for the bed, causing them so slide when you slept. I lived in constant fear of waking up in the middle of the night and being on the bare mattress. Yuck. The floors in the unit desperately need to be replaced. They are coming up and are warped - everywhere you walk it crackles under your feet. I don't know how this is possible in a unit that is only 2 years old. In addition, the bathroom rugs were stained with bleach stains and had lint/dirt on them - it was clear they weren't cleaned.Other issues: check-in instructions were lacking as far as where to find the parking garage, where we could park, and how to enter the building. We had to figure that all out on our own. The parking garage makes me very uncomfortable - the lights in the garage are motion sensored - so anyone can be hiding and you won't know until you walk right next to your car.So much more...

Stayed Feb 21, 2025Walking distance to the Parthenon and centennial park and a great little pub with music. Also a short uber to the strip for evening. Had some issues with the key lock system when we arrived but it got resolved fairly quickly. The room was tidy but not clean really…to be fair I clean for a living so I notice more than others. Overall had a great time!

Stayed Sep 17, 2024Great clean space. Very comfortable. Only difficulty was finding main entrance on arriving which was frustrating and time consuming. More details to clarify in pre-arrival would be great lot appreciated. Call was not local to building and not helpful. Parking lead us to upstairs parking as we explored we left and entered lower parking to access main entrance without stairs for suitcases. About 15-20 mins.

Stayed Oct 6, 2024Check-in on a Sunday afternoon with questions but no one to answer them. The listed number didn't answer and the vmail box was full. Not a good start. The unit wasn't as clean as it should be. Floors were dirty. NO LUGGAGE CART. We were staying for a week and had lot's of stuff. Had to make 5 trips from the parking garage to the 4th floor of the unit. Not good. One morning woke up with little water pressure for hours. Fire alarm was set off at 7:45am one morning for testing. Construction nearby was noisy and had one night of overnight construction. Floors need repair.
