House Rules:

*Quiet Hours are between 9pm – 8am.
*There cannot be more than 4 people in or on the property at one time and no more than 4 occupants overnight.
*We do offer late check out and early check in, when possible, for a modest additional fee for our cleaners. An unplanned late check out really affects our cleaner's schedule. If you do not arrange a late checkout in advance, there is a $55 fee. If you do not checkout by noon, you will be charged an additional night's stay.
*This is a non-smoking house. $500 smoke mitigation fee will apply if smoking of any variety is found.
*Please remove shoes when entering the home to protect the flooring and reduce dirt intrusion.
*Events (like a baby shower, reception, birthday party, etc) are not allowed. Unauthorized events will be subject to a minimum charge of $1500. Additional charges for damage may also apply.
*Friendly reminder to please use the provided black towel for face make-up. So many of our towels and pillowcases are stained by oil based make-up and our professional laundry service can't even bust these stains. We appreciate you helping us conserve our linens.
*Sometimes it's hard to know what sound level is too much so we use a noise monitoring device. It won't invade your privacy because it does NOT record actual sounds or conversations, it only monitors the ambient noise level (measured in decibels). If it goes off, it gives us a chance to warn you that your sound level is such that it could upset our neighbors.
*If a failure to follow the house rules impacts the next guest's stay and causes us to need to discount or refund that next guest you agree to be responsible for the resulting cost.

This home was genuinely charming — the kind of place that immediately feels like a home away from home. The space is comfortable, welcoming, and thoughtfully put together. One of the best parts of the stay was relaxing in the hot spring pool; it was a great way to wake up on a fall morning. and made the whole experience feel special. Overall, a very pleasant and easy place to settle into. Would happily stay again.

The bed was very uncomfortable tn sunk down in the middle and left my back hurting when I woke up. Also I had specifically searched for a property with a hot tub as that was a priority for me. I didn't realize that the hot pool in the backyard was only allowed a one time use and that the backyard would be locked off for the host to use. The fine print probably listed that somewhere but it felt a little inaccurate listing and showing pictures of amenities that were really available to us. Other than those things the property was nice and clean. I would not stay here again as good sleep is important to me.

Great place. Love the decor and the yard works great for the dog. The location is excellent - very convenient to downtown and the trails to table rock. All that being said, the highlight is the pool and the backyard. A unique and tranquil gem that makes the whole experience special.

Cute little spot. Clean. Only stayed one night on a cross country trip. Reason for lower rating was based on lack of communication with the manager. Messaged about the soaking pool in the early evening before our arrival and again on arrival but never heard back.

My daughter's and I wanted to have a relaxing night away. We chose this property because it looked like a fun place to stay. We were not disappointed. We pretended we were tourists and explored downtown Boise then retired to swim in the pool. I'd definitely recommend and/or stay here again. Its an amazing, clean and fun place to stay.

Great location. Walkable to downtown. Pet friendly, huge bonus!!Clean!Negatives….advertises pool and spa but not readily accessible to renters unless you arrange access with property manager. I’m thinking they’d prefer you not use these amenities?Overall good experience and yes, I’d recommend this place.

A true gem of a place… every detail in decor and amenities has been thought of. It is a charming house in a fantastic location close to downtown Boise and central to everything. Time in the mineral soaking pool in the beautiful backyard is a wonderful bonus. By far the best rental we have ever stayed in.

What a charming home and neighborhood! We had our dog with us and loved sitting on the front porch while our dog enjoyed the fenced in front yard. We also loved walking the neighborhood and its close proximity to downtown. We would absolutely stay here again. Plus the bed in the master bedroom was one of the most comfortable we’ve ever slept in.
