You can access Back River Beach from the private dune walkover. Fisherman's Walk Pier at Back River Beach is at the end of Fisherman. It's a public pier used for recreational (viewing the Back River Beach and Tybee's Back River) and fishing purposes on the tidal estuary. Little Tybee Island is just across Tybee's Back River coastal wetlands, stunning salt marshes, maritime forests, and rolling dunes all in one location.
