The Space:
The house has 3 Bedrooms.

The Master Bedroom is on a separate side ofthe house from the other bedrooms, and has a Queen bed with a new hybrid memory foam & coil mattress.
Roku TV and DVD player.
There is a spacious en-suite bathroom with a soaking tub and separate corner shower. There is a patio door in the master bedroom that will lead you right to the pool area. There is also a small workstation and desk chair, just in case you need to get a little work done.

Bedroom #2 has a Queen Bed, direct access to the pool through the patio doors, a small workstation and desk chair with a Roku TV in the room.

Bedroom #3 has Full over Full Bunk Beds with a pull out twin trundle bed underneath. This bedroom also has a small workstation, desk chair and Roku TV in the room.

The Living Room has a sofa, loveseat and recliner chair arranged perfectly for a family movie night. The TV has direct cable access through (Comcast/Xfinity) TV and a Roku Stick for your choice of streaming.

The Kitchen is spacious and has a Keurig, and drip coffee maker, toaster, full array of pots pans, cooking and baking utensils. Basic cooking spices, K-Cups and a few welcoming snacks.

There is a separate dining table in the front of the house that will easily accomodate 6, as well as a breakfast table that will accomodate 4, and a countertop bar area that will accomodate 3.

Outside in the lanai, there is a patio dining table that will accomodate 6.
There is a patio sofa and swivel chair that overlook the pool area.

There a 2 sun lounge chairs in the pool area and a few pool floaties in the outdoor closet. There is a pool containment fence in the outdoor closet if you're traveling with toodlers that should not have access to the pool area.

The pool is a Chlorine pool, - Heated, and immaculately maintained

The entire backyard is fenced in and private, making it dog and child friendly.

There are a few bikes in the garage for a leisurely stroll around the block.

Guest Access:
The entire house will be available when you book. - You will be provided with a remote access code prior to your arrival.

The Neighborhood:
You'll be staying in a lovely quiet neighborhood that is about 10 minutes from the beach. There are several grocery stores and restaurants within a few minutes drive.

Getting Around:
This house is a few streets off South Macall Rd.; Which is the main road through Englewood, - many shops, restaurants, and access to the beach are all mniutes away.
