Gulfcrest unit 6. 1 Block From Beach!! Private Swimming Pool!! 2 Bed 2 Bath

I can't say enough good things about this little hidden gem! It was the PERFECT spot for a quick girls trip without kids. Close enough to walk to the beach (very close), with the option to rent an umbrella and chairs, and close to Pompano Joe's. It was absolutely the best pick and I am so thankful I found it. Highly recommend and would definitely book here again.

Everything was mostly good, however the couches were terrible. The couch that had a pullout bed was broken and so was the pullout bed. When you sat on the couch it felt like you were going to fall through the hole in the back.

Clean house close to the beach. It was great for my family.

Perfect location! Easy access to the beach. Loved having the outside shower near the pool to clean off before going inside. The only real issue I had was when I went to pull out the pull out mattress a lot of the springs were missing and it wasn’t useable. I had counted that as a sleeping option when I booked and had planed on one of my kids sleeping on it. I informed the property management who was nice about it and didn’t know it was broken. My son ended up sleeping on the couch and it was fine. Overall it was a great place to stay. Perfect for our needs. I would recommend this place to anyone who’s looking to be close to the ocean. The walking distance was my absolute favorite part being able to walk to and from to easily was great.

Was overall a great stay. Very clean house. The thermostat automatically turns to 78 after so many hours and sometimes we came back and the house was very hot. The pictures make it seem like the pool is right at back door and maybe older kids could swim while parents cook meals or so, and still keep an eye on them. but that is not the case. It is a fenced in pool away from condo door.

Close to the beach 5 minute walk. Close to the Soundwave concert venue.Nice place to stay.Would rent again but a little pricey.Only complaint is just a partial roll of TP in each bathroom without extras.

The property was extremely well priced. Kelly was very easy to reach if I had a question. You're only 1 1/2 blocks from the ocean, and 3 blocks from RTE98 where you can find everything you want from restaurants to shopping, etc.If would stay here again for sure.

Family- friendly good location

We loved this condo it’s a easy walk to the beach no steps or elevators to deal with the condo itself was excellent it was clean and the kitchen had plenty of cooking utensils it was perfect for us thanks again Kelley

no complaints. best place to stay in all ways if your desire is the Beach? this is the place. Love Kelly, helps us when we need it. no issues. Go stay a while its well worth it! :)

This was a beautiful property, very clean and spacious. We loved the short walk to the beach and being close to restaurants and shopping. The owner was wonderful to work with.

Great communication by Kelly. She was courteous and kind enough to let us go on in when we arrived a few minutes early. Notified her of any issues that occurred and I feel these will be taken care of! I would stay again!

This is our 2nd stay in this property. The onsite private pool is wonderful for the kids.

Great location, close to walk to beach or drive with public parking basically at wnd of the road. Close to restaurants and coffee/ice cream shops. Very clean and has a nice pool for my grandbabies

Last minute, long weekend. This place was just what we needed. Clean, reasonably priced, and great location. Short walk to the beach, pool practically to ourselves, and parking right outside the door. And, the owner was gracious enough to let us in as soon as it was ready which made the teens happy.

This is a great property close to the beach. Easy walk to get to the beach. The host was prompt with answering our questions about the area. The house was comfortable and cozy. The area was easy to navigate and lots of shopping and restaurants within 15 minutes. We had a great time!!!

What we needed

The unit was just as listed. Close to beach, clean, and had just enough space for my family. We will be booking again in the future!

The condo was about block and a half from Pompano Joe's just a short walk to the beach. The condo was very nice both of the beds were very comfortable. Nice comfortable furniture. The back patio was fenced, it had three chairs but no table available. The pool is nice but I was very disappointed that there were no lounge chairs available to relax and enjoy some sun only tables and chairs. Overall our stay was wonderful, the neighbors were very nice and helpful. This facility consists of six two bedroom condos with a pool available and one parking spot per Patron. We will book with Kelly again she was very nice and checked on us numerous times. great place to stay.
