We stayed in this house with our family of five, my brother's family of four, and our mom. It had plenty of room for all of us. The kids (age 8-17) loved the bunk house a This townhome is part of three houses/townhomes. We were lucky that the other houses were occupied by families for most of the visit (until the end when some spring-breakers came into the units, but were not obnoxious at all). The pool is not directly in front of this unit (Sea Salt West 4), and we preferred it because it gave us more privacy while still allowing us to use the beautiful pool area, which is just a short boardwalk to the gorgeous beach!We had multiple minor issues with the house while we were there, but the host company was very quick to respond and resolve the problems. A couple of notes:–The house has a fabulous air conditioner, so don’t worry about being cool enough while in the house.–The house comes with chair and umbrella rental- which is awesome! A guy comes and sets up the chairs and umbrella every day and then removes them each evening. This is a great amenity!–We have traveled to many VRBO beach houses around the country. Unfortunately, this house was the least appointed one we have ever visited. The kitchen is missing some important staples, such as salt and pepper, and tin foil. There is, however, laundry soap, dish soap, a sponge, and one roll of paper towels. We were just very surprised to have those basics missing. Most houses we go to have olive oil, ketchup, etc

We had a great time at Summer Salt 4! The location is perfect and the house was even nicer than we expected. It was perfect for our two families to enjoy spring break! Property management was attentive to our needs and took care of us. We would definitely go back and stay here again!

The space of the house is great. Plenty of room for everyone. We had a girls trip with 10 women. The location is perfect. We shared a pool with three other houses and it was well kept. Our only suggestion would be to put an extra mirror in each bedroom. It would have been very helpful with 10 ladies getting ready each day. Also, some beach chairs and beach towels would have been nice since we flew in. Blow dryers in the bathrooms would have nice too. Overall, a good experience and we would stay here again.

We had a great time. The TV in living room would not work for us so that was a bummer on the rainy days we had. But overall great stay

This property was perfect for our family. We loved the location and convenience to restaurants and shopping. We had an issue with one of the refrigerators and someone was sent over promptly and had it cooling quickly. We will definitely stay here again.

We love #4 at Sea Salt West, super private beach access! House had plenty of room and sleeping for our party, easy to access and get into unit with door code. The bunk room was a plus with all the boys in party. Only suggestion and it’s a teeny one is towel hooks are needed. In every room and bathroom door. Loved our stay and plan to return one day!

Summer Salt West 4 was a beautiful home and perfect for our family get together, and location was great. We had a great time at the beach and local restaurants. Plenty of room in the house for our family. However, the check-in process was horrible. We were offered a chance to book the night before our original check in date as the property was vacant. We declined but were advised that we could likely check in early the next day since nobody was in the unit the night before. We arrived while an attendant was in the house, checking over things, and she said she'd be about 15 minutes then we would get notification of the key code to get in. This was around 1 PM. We decided to go to lunch, came back and checked in with the rental mgmt to ask about the code. We were told there was a work order that they were waiting for that to be taken care of. So we decided to wait outside the property, hoping to get in before 5 PM. I called again and was told, any time now, yet we hadn't seen anyone come to the property for maintenance. At 4:55 PM a maintenance guy comes and see's us waiting, 6 adults and 3 babies under 2 .... he can't get in either, he doesn't have the code and he wasn't sure of why he was there anyway. We thought it could've been the lock, because it was a makeshift padlock and hasp. The key to open the padlock would be in a device you need a code for. He had to call the office and ask for the code and to please let us in, we'd been waiting 4 hours. He got the code, we went in and he still didn't know why he was there, he didn't know what the work order was for. We weren't happy with the lock situation, eventually we were told there was a part on order for a year to fix the door. If I were the owner of this property, I would've just replaced the door. Guests expect the home to be safe, if we locked the door from the outside and thought everyone was out of the house, someone could accidentally be locked in without knowing it. A safety concern for sure. The other issues we had with the dryer and coffee pot were remedied within a few hours, which we were thankful for. Housekeeping was good; however, the floors were filthy. Everyone had to wash their feet by the end of the evening.

Everything was great! We will be back! Would love to see mattresses replaced! Could not get a good nights sleep because mattresses are worn out. Hope they are replaced for our next trip. We
