Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very unhappy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This newly renovated property was wonderful! Inside, the decor is terrific! The location was perfect for going back and forth to the beach, the town, and of course Black Bear! The outside porch and shower were enjoyed by all. This cottage was everything we hoped for and more! HIGHLY recommend!

We had 4 adults, 2 teens and a toddler and all had plenty of room. The new remodel was perfection and we loved being there. We also spent a lot of time on the big porch!

The house was very well kept, comfortable and fit our crew of ten perfectly. We do enjoy sitting on the porch which Salty Dogs has a nice one however a fan or two would make it perfect especially during those warm days. It’s our second summer staying at Seaside but our first time working with Homeowners Collection and what a pleasure it was. Thanks to Salty Dogs and Homeowners Collection for helping make our special moments at the beach ones we will treasure forever!

Great layout, everything in great shape, so close to Seaside square and just across from the beach access. Short walk to the fitness center and park area as well. Great communication from managemen before and during the stay.

Even though not much Homeowner's Collection could do about the noise they were very responsive. Reduced my price abit and gave my credits to eat out.Also some members of my family felt the beds and pillows needed updating.

Reviewer Comments: It was a lovely 3 day getaway! It would have been nice to have a heated pool in late October. We loved the beach and the bookstore. Our house was beautiful and clean. I would not recommend it for children or the elderly. Too many stairs and the climb to the third floor was dangerous.
