THE SPACE

Your expansive Gulf-facing deck is where the magic happens.
Start mornings with coffee and front-row sunrise views, spend afternoons floating in your private pool with nothing but blue water stretching to the horizon, and gather for alfresco dinners as the sun melts into the Gulf.

When you need a break from the heat, head to the shaded hangout area under the house for games and good conversation.

Beach access is directly across the street—grab the complimentary chairs, toys and wagon, rinse off in the outdoor shower when you're done, and repeat as many times as you want.

Inside, the single-level open layout keeps everyone connected.
The fully stocked kitchen flows seamlessly into the dining area where everyone has a seat and a view. Grill available outside for BBQ’ing, and for the coffee enthusiasts we have a Keurig Duo that brews both pods and carafe. The dining area also doubles as a great work space when the need arises.

The living room invites you to sink into the cognac leather sofa surrounded by boho-chic accents, stream your favorites on the 65 Smart TV, or just leave the windows open and let the sound of the waves be your soundtrack.
