Gulf View WaterColor Getaway with Beach Club Access and Bikes

The house has a nice floor plan and can nicely accommodate a large group. Unfortunately, there seems to be a lot of deferred maintenance ! The house was in general dirty. The sofa in the living room , is stained and dirty. Their was 1/2 inch of dirt under the chaise lounge in the 3rd floor bedroom and a plastic bottle with cigarette butts on the balcony . Their was a vacuum, in the house, broken ... broken tiles in showers, The garage had empty paint cans, debris, and had a bad odor... It was a very expensive house to rent and not at all what I expected from a high end rental.... Overall disappointing !

Lived the house, location, and everything.

We love this beach house!! I would highly recommend it for a large group. This was our second time here and it has become very comfortable for us. The only issue was the ants and roach issue. The maintenance company really needs to pay better attention to getting the property sprayed more frequently or every time a guest checks out, as I see from other reviews this is a theme. I would not let this dissuade your choice, but just request that they do this before arrival!!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home! We loved the close proximity to the beach, pool and restaurants. We had more than enough room for our family of four. ;-) We would definitely recommend this home and hope to return again! Thank you for making it a wonderful stay for our family. 360 Blue was most helpful, as well.

We had a great week at 3 Sisters on the Beach! The beautiful three story house is the perfect size to host a beach getaway with the people you love. It is decorated beautifully and with several bedrooms plus a large living area (living room, outdoor porch and kitchen), it is designed to accommodate a large family comfortably. Our favorite part was the location as this house is in the heart of Watercolor! This gave us convenient access to Seaside, the beach, pool and workout facility (the house is a hop, skip and a jump away from these amenities). The bikes that come with the rental were an added bonus. We enjoyed biking around Seaside, Watercolor and other areas throughout 30A. Thank you 360 for helping make sure we were taken care of on this special trip. We will be back and plan to book in advance to make sure we lock in 3 Sisters for our next visit! Loved our Christmas 2017 beach trip with extended family at 3 Sisters. The house is well appointed, comfortable and close to beach, pool, exercise facility and shops! Be aware that amenity fee only covers access to pools and 6 bikes...exercise room, yolo boards/kayak anything else is extra! Recommend ?

We enjoyed staying in watercolor at 3 Sisters! The location was extremely close to the beach which allowed us to walk. We had bikes to venture out to the other districts and seaside. The home was decorated very nice and we arrived to a decently clean home (sticky candy was still on the bar area). We became disappointed after 24 hours of arriving when the third story became invaded was ants. Ants in the bed and all the luggage. Then the utility room and garage was hit! 360 took a day to send maintenance which we made clear was a big issue. The men arrived with a bottle of Raid. After they treated the house they realized that pest control was needed. This took another day. To pay so much money for a week caused some disappointment and time away from the beach to clean out all the luggage. Once again by the end of the week, the ants came back. That was our biggest issue. We did have a chair break, the tv not working and mildew in the upstairs shower which maintenance all took care of when arriving .

We had another awesome time at Three Sisters on the Beach!

This was a our second time in 3 Sisters on the Beach and it was just as wonderful as the first time. We had 11 people and the house accommodated us very well and you can't beat the location. Close enough to all of the fun, but you feel like you are in your own private oasis when at the house. We had a few minor maintenance issues in the kitchen, but 360 Blue was on top of it. We also celebrated my daughter's birthday for the 2nd year and now she wants this to be her annual event. We will definitely be back.
