Love the grounds and especially the pool. However, the pool should have lights for an evening swim.Unit 112 looks nice and updated on the surface. When actually up close it needs major TLC. Was extremely dusty, black mold in vents downstairs, lots of light bulbs were burnt out. Lots of chipped paint. For some reason the trash wasn’t collected and it was all over the parking lot. The sheriff even stopped one day to give a warning. Also, queen bed downstairs was painful.The staff at the realty office was nice and professional. Made the check in process super easy. We had an overall good time with family and friends. Will just chose a different unit if we stay at the Villas again.

What appears to be mold on ceiling vents, every burner on stove was unlevel, overall crowded with lots of unnecessary furniture made the rooms seem too crowded--no room for pack and play. Unit sleeps nine but only seating for six to dine. Generally just an okay place, could have stayed at nicer places for same amount of rent.

The deck is falling off the building, there are at least 2 soft spots in the floor downstairs. One was bad enough I though we would fall through the floor. The kitchen was lacking cooking utensils. This place definitely needs work. I will stay in this neighborhood again but not this unit. Very poorly maintained.

Reviewer Comments: We were extremely disappointed in the condition of the unit - unsafe balcony/deck which was never secured and we were unable to use (even though it was reported to the rental agency and unit owner), no outdoor trash receptacle, not enough seating for the number of people the unit could sleep, mold on a shower curtain and 1 knife in the entire unit! Overall decks and stairs were splintery.Can't believe that Garden City is still representing this owner.

A lot of the other villas around us seemed to be better taken care of outside and inside from what we could see. The front door was very difficult to unlock and hard to lock back up. The sliding glass door on the upper-level would get stuck and you had to push from the bottom to get it to open all of the way. We did not receive any kitchen towels (only dish cloths) and the kitchen needed more pans to cook with. Paint is peeling in bathrooms and they weren't very clean. Overall, we were so disappointed with the villa.

Kitchen appliances could be upgraded and the kitchen amenities could be placed and upgraded with new. The bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. The living space was also very comfortable. Th top deck appeared to be sagging so I would think that would need attention. The location is fantastic. Easy walk over the dunes to the beach and the pool is great after a day at the beach. Quick ride to the restaurants in Murrell's Inlet, we especially love COSTA. Overall we loved our stay and will return.
