Gulf Sound-Gulf & Sound view private home w/heated pool

Property was great! Plenty of room for the whole family and super convenient to everything especially the beach.

We absolutely loved this home. Pool is on the small side, but we enjoyed everyday in it. Umbrellas need updating, def need those because there is no shade out there. Only other thing we were upset about was the elevator. Two of our older family members have had knee replacement and the other has had two hip replacements and we were not allowed to use the elevator. This home is nothing but stairs and the main master is located on the main floor and also not available for guest use. Home was fantastic but you do get the feeling the owners limit their guest and keep a lot to themselves, which is fine just wish that was more clear in the listing. We loved that they did share a lot of beach toys and chairs, the kids loved that. We even donated some good floats to the room when we left as well for others to enjoy.

We all had a great time and my 4 grandkids did not want to leave. It doesn't happen often when expectations are thoroughly exceeded but in our case everything truly exceeded our expectations! The location was ideal, just a very short walk (half a block, if that) to the beach. The view of the gulf was amazing and the wrap-around porch was something special. Our private pool was a nice change of pace to the beach. The pool was crystal clear, the pool area spotless and our small grandkids preferred that to the beach. The nicest surprise was the overall cleanliness of everything. I can't overstate how clean and well-stocked the place was. Another nice surprise was the elevator that was perfectly situated and was not even listed in the unit's description. It was a life saver!! We all loved the game room with some serious ping pong action always going on. Another nice surprise was the ground floor locker with all kinds of beach gear and beach chairs. We thought we'd have to buy or rent them but they were their in abundance. I can't speak highly enough about the management staff. They were there on site as we got to the unit and were extremely helpful before and after we arrived. If it sounds like I'm being hyperbolic or exaggerating I assure you that every member of our group agrees and I already booked the same unit for next year. I highly recommend this beautiful rental house.

They stay was amazing and everything you’d need is there. The only thing that surprised me was in fact the house was not fully open - meaning the property suite was OWNERS and made the place a little less friendly. Overall a great stay!

The house was beautiful, spacious, and so clean. Both kids and adults enjoyed the game room and pool, as well as the beach. Also, we appreciated being able book for less than a week.
