Gulf Front with Private Beach Access- The Flying Pig by Royal Destinations

Renter beware. They rent the house not the beach. People behind you. People everywhere. This is not a private beach. The beach is like a high rise condo congested. They confirm they rent house not the beach. Please stay at the condos across the street and you get the beach. The beach you cannot see from the house living area. So please don’t overpay for this high rise condo style beach

The living and dining rooms were spacious with many seating areas to accommodate various conversations. And the kitchen was perfect for cooking for many. We hope to return again in the future. The Royal Destinations staff members are very courteous and went above and beyond in assisting with questions and our needs.

We were very pleased with the house if we had any issues they immediately sent maintenance to help.

Outdoor areas were very nice, furniture nice and comfortable. Loved the rockers. The only issue was the bunk beds were a little short for tall boys downstairs and the loft bed upstairs. The beds were very comfortable, views terrific. Loved the built in vacuum system for sucking up sand and the rumba. 16 people at the beach makes for lots of sand on floor!We didn’t use the community pool, mostly little kids and not a sea view. Close to seaside and walkable to shops. The management team was very responsive.

Lots of sand toys in the outside bin for the kids. The only thing I would suggest would be keeping kitchen seasonings that were purchased by guests rather than throwing them out. Its such a waste.
