Gulf-front Townhome w/ all the extras! Pool! Many updates!

We thought this place was great! It was so close to the beach. Everything went smoothly. No complaints here. I hope we will be back soon.

We had a wonderful stay! The condo was spotless, well-maintained, and exactly as described. It was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing beach getaway. The location was great, and we especially appreciated how organized and welcoming everything felt. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable beach condo!

Every thing was great, would definitely stay again

This is the ideal location for someone who values beach accessibility and location. The condo was cozy and very well equipped. We didn't use the pool much but it was very nice. The host was easy to work with and has gone to great effort to create an inviting accommodation. I stayed a month to celebrate my 65th birthday and it was a wonderful experience!

Tracey was a great host! Everything was listed perfectly and she is easy to communicate with. It was really helpful to have all the chairs, beach toys, pool toys, and towels onsite so we didn’t have to pack those items. Would recommend to anyone!

Very close to the beach! The place was very clean, beautifully decorated, and well stocked! We flew here with only a carry on- it was super nice to have beach chairs, umbrellas, beach towels, and beach toys to use during our stay! The property owner was very nice, and responded quickly! We enjoyed our stay here and hope to be able to stay here for future trips to Navarre Beach!

This townhome met the needs of our family Spring Break 2026 perfectly! We are a family of five, three kiddos ages 7-11, so the proximity to the beach and community pool was perfect for our stay. Amenities provided met our expectations and provided us the opportunity to just relax and enjoy. Kids used the sand toys on the beach everyday. Kitchen was stocked with what we needed, just had to fill it with our own food and drinks. A quick 5 minute walk from the beach allowed us to go back quickly if we forgot anything or to grab lunch, without hauling everything to the beach. Great for quick bathroom breaks as well. The outdoor shower wasn't spectacular, as all the water drained to the sidewalk in front of the front door, but it got the job done with getting sand off our feet from the beach. Beach was perfect and not cluttered with rental umbrellas set up on the front row, that did happen on each side of the complex's beach, but the beach access for this community and the one beside it was full of families who brought their own set ups and not many rentals to block the water view. We would definitely book this townhome again for a family vacation in the future.

This is a very well kept and stocked unit. The owner was so easy to work with. You go out the door and take a short walk to the beach access! It was the perfect place for my family. Would definitely go back again.

This is our second year at this unit and it was amazing as ever. Very clean and comfortable. We also love how close it to the beach entrance and we never need to fight for a spot! We will be booking for next year as soon as we are able

Our family had a wonderful week staying at Sugar Beach. The condo was as described and was a wonderful location to the beach/water. It was our second time staying at the condo’s at Sugar Beach. We love the location and the quiet setting for family time. Tracie’s condo was great. Well stocked and felt like home. Thank you for allowing us to stay for the week!

We have previously stayed here. Again, it did not disappoint. My family loves staying here. Condo is always clean and in order. Great price and on the beach. The host was also able to add an extra day at the last minute so we could enjoy the beach longer. We will definitely be back.
