Gulf Front, Steps from the Beach, Newly Renovated-Signature Properties

Had a great time, the place was very clean and welcoming, communication with host was simple and smooth. We would not hesitate to stay here again.

Great house great spot

We had a great stay at The Sea Star! The house was immaculate, communication to check in/ out was precise, and the location can’t be beat! The property was exactly as described with a well stocked kitchen and a large dining/living area. The “Welcome” snack basket was a nice touch. Our favorite spot was the deck area! Plenty of seating with quality outdoor furniture. This is a well thought out house plan with plenty of room for 10-12 people. On site parking was spacious. We had a great stay and will definitely be adding this property to our “favorites” list!

Outdoor fans installed in the ceiling of the partial covered deck would have been nice to help circulate the air. The dinning room table was large enough for all of us to take our meals together. . It would have been nice if the outdoor shower had a door so one could do a thorough job of getting the sand off of their body.The house was pretty with its blue and white theme throughout. The sectional was comfortable to sit on.The skillets were not useable. When I texted the property manager, they sent two new skillets over the following morning.

The house: You can tell it’s recently updated, everything was VERY clean! It’s an open living area which makes it perfect for a big family! The beds were so comfy, they spared no expense on pillows, sheets, mattresses, towels, ect! The porch/amenities: The back deck is SO nice and big! It had 15+ chairs on the back and our kids and adults enjoyed the open space with views!! Communication: Signature properties went above and beyond, the communication was so EASY! We will be back!

It was as close to perfect as you can get!!! Beautiful house, gorgeous view! Everything was so clean. There were 6 adults and 5 kids. We all slept comfortably. Everyone enjoyed every day and didn’t want to leave, especially our 6 year old. She wanted to live there. Thank you for making our vacation one to remember!

This rental was great. We loved the single floor layout, lots of room for everyone in common areas, great kids room, wonderful deck that was partially covered with lots of seating. Perfectly clean and well maintained. Communication with the host was amazing.

This was a great week. The Sea Star should be the Shining Star. It was clean, cute, and current! The house was well stocked with great kitchen utensils and full appliances that worked well for us. We will be back!

The house was very nice. Great location. The bed frame on one of the beds broke during the night, we informed the property manager the next morning, and they had someone there within an hour to correct it. I would definitely stay here again.

Reviewer Comments: I can’t say enough about how nice this stay was for our family of 6 plus our “granny nanny.” From the outdoor shower to the composite wood lighted steps and deck and deck furniture to the great room with comfy furniture and really attractive lighting options to the spotless, well-supplied kitchen to the smart TVs in every room, the 2 bedrooms with en-suite bathroom (plus another bathroom shared by the other 2 bedrooms and open to the hallway)—it just was so comfortable for everyone. It definitely felt like a getaway for our family. It’s located in a stretch of beach pretty distant from the condo towers so there was plenty of room on the beach to spread out and have space. The bedrooms and bathrooms are on the small side, but everything is perfectly functional and comfortable. The property management was excellent and accommodating with great, unsolicited offers for help and simple instructions. We will definitely look up this property for our next beach trip.

Great place with beach access. The property manager was great! Very quick response with any questions I had. Will be back next year!
