Gulf Front, Private Pool, Community Beach- Salt & Light by Royal Destinations

We loved the house! Perfect location for a relaxing stay in 30A area. Within walking distance to Alys beach and Rosemary. The property is very nice and the management team was very responsive. There were some issues with the refrigerator and AC while we were there, but they sent out a service team immediately to get things working. We will be back!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The home is lovely. The access to the beach is perfect. The only downside is the check in process. You have to wait until 5pm to access the house. Which makes for a long day. We waited for access - once it was 5 we never received a code and I had to call several times to get the access code. Otherwise response was pretty good. We enjoyed our stay. Make dinner reservations ahead of time!

The sunsets from the pool deck are amazing! It was really nice to be so close to the beach with small children. We could go back and forth between beach and pool very conveniently. They also had a beach chair service that set up the chairs for the family before we arrived at the beach each morning. It was very nice to not have to transport chairs. The location could not be any better! It is an easy walk or bike to Alys Beach and Rosemary Beach. Both areas have great restaurants and the house is located directly between Alys and Rosemary. It was approximately a 10-15 min walk to either location. We also rode the complementary bikes to the Watersound neighborhood and visited the big chill. The kids loved the big chill and playing in the family friendly green spaces. We all slept very well all vacation! Each bed was very comfortable and each family had their own private room/bathroom. The house was beautiful and very clean. We will definitely rent this house again! Highly recommend!

The home was very well appointed with comfortable beds, and private suites. We were a group of 8 adults and 5 children and all were accommodated. The home is even bigger and more beautiful in person. Short walk to the beach with private access. Located within close proximity to Starbucks and other restaurants and shops. 15 minute walk to Alys Beach and even closer to Rosemary Beach town center and The Pearl. The management company was very responsive during our stay and tended to all of our needs. I would highly recommend this home to a friend! 10/10

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a gorgeous house with a very convenient location. The beach access is right outside the door, and Alys Beach/Rosemary Beach is a short walking distance from the property. For the price we paid, however, the house was not properly cleaned. The floors were extremely dirty, and the kitchen appliances/cookware were grimy from previous uses. Though this was a glaring issue, it did not significantly affect our stay, and we will book with Royal Destinations again in the future.

The house is right on top of the dune, with a beautiful beach view. The location is the best! You are across the street from a Starbucks and a bunch of other shops, bakery and ice cream place, and about a 5 minute walk from downtown with all of the restaurants and shops in Rosemary Beach. Great place for families!
