Location all the way. Privacy was amazing. The only thing for me was it could use some deep cleaning. With me saying that the location and privacy definitely makes me want to come back. Thank you for opening this home so people like myself can experience being on the beach.

this was the perfect vacation spot for my family of 4.this place has two huge selling points.1. it's a private residence. you get your own house, not a condo next to a bunch of other people. its one of very few on IRB. 2. the backyard is the beach AND it has sun coverage/privacy provided by the florida grape trees. after the first day, we didn't even feel the need to bring our stuff out on the beach. we went in the water, and then we came back to the property to sit on the adirondack chairs under the canopy. incredible.....other positives: we were able to walk to breakfast and dinner every day. plenty of good options within a half mile or so.beach and bath towels provided. ac kept house cool.washer/dryergood water pressure in the showeryou need to understand that this house is Old Florida. it was built in 1930. the inside isn't modern, its not particularly fancy. But if you like the charm of Old Florida, love being in a standalone house on vacation and love having the beach as your backyard.........this house is pretty perfect.will be visiting again next year for sure.

Family spring break trip w/ 11 and 17 year old. Vintage cabin feeling, full kitchen for meals. Beds were a little cozy size wise. Good enough for us. Plenty of bars, restaurants, 3 ice cream shops, bait shops with equipment. Would have been nice to rent rods, but had to buy and leave behind. Beach access and chairs were great for enjoying the awesome beach and views. Plenty of shells to be found on the beach with new ones appearing every morning. Nice sandy beach and water had sandy bottom. Plenty of close spots to drive for anything. We did a charter fishing trip......Just a great time all around. Rental office was very helpful with questions and recommendations. We will try and make it back!

Great location, with shade and privacy. Yet so close to beach! Well stocked. Rustic, but has all you need for a comfortable and perfect beach vacation!

It’s right on the beach and it’s surrounded by sea grape trees that makes it feel tucked away. We love that we can take the family dog. It is an old home that has been there for almost 100 years and is charming and cozy.

It’s a wonderful old Florida bungalow.Fortunately, Sharon and Taylor were great about taking care of any concerns we had. We are going to rent a different condo next year since there are improvements needed inside and outside of Beach Trail.

This little cottage was a wonderful relaxing beach stay. The tree out back was the best place to sit in the shade, listen to the water and watch the world go by!
