Last year we stayed in 2b, which was larger but 4b actually met all of our needs for just me and my partner. I never understood negative ratings for this property. For the money, you can never beat this place! The private beach, ocean views, and amenities that are readily available also make this location well worth it! Thank you James, we'll be back next year!!!

Stayed Jul 22, 2023To be able to walk to the beach without having to even put flip flops on- priceless. The view from the deck was also priceless. The condo itself is very rough. Lacked so many basic amenities. And what items they had in the condo were in terrible condition. Highly recommend this location to experience the location itself but don’t expect much from the condo.

Stayed Jun 29, 2023We throughly enjoyed our stay. Everything was as described. I loved walking out the door to the sand no crowded elevators. The beach area wasn’t crowded. Just a short ways down it looked like ants on the beach there were so many people. The Studio flat was clean and comfortable. No frills just the minimum of what you need. We didn’t need much especially for 2 nights. Our time was spent on the beach and the porch. The building definitely needs some TLC but overall we were very pleased. Oh and we loved that it was so family oriented. We will definitely stay here again.
