Gulf Front Home with Pool!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Family of 9 had the most amazing experience staying at “Selah By The Sea”!This home provides breathtaking views from all three decks. Extremely easy and quick access onto the beach. The elevator servicing all floors was hugely useful for luggage, groceries and the weak knees of a couple of our elderly family members. Heating and cooling are zoned which worked perfectly, huge hot water heater - 9 people showering, doing laundry & dishes and we never lacked hot water! I truly believe this home is located on the best section of the beach and Peninsula - sunrises and sunsets were outstanding. Perfect accommodations - beds, furniture, appliances, cookware, BBQ grills, everything was great and we can’t wait stay here again!

The pool was an excellent place to cool off, small but effective. The porches, wow, absolutely wonderful. Being so close to the beach was fantastic! Sitting on the porch felt like you were on the beach. The top porch was our favorite place at night. We got some beautiful pictures of the milkway over the ocean. The location on the cape is wonderful! The last step on the stairs to the beach drops down 2-3 feet and we reported to the Coastal Joe and they responded almost immediately that they would bring to attn of owner to address. In the meantime, we had kind neighbors that let my parents use their boardwalk to get to the beach. The house was great and very clean. Beds were all very comfortable. Kitchen is decently stocked.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Pros: location is great and as of June 2025, the beach is wide. Pool is tiny but stayed nice and refreshing. Beds are comfortable. Cons: last step to the sand is about 24in down. Ants in the kitchen and bedrooms. Various lightbulbs out. Dishwasher door is about to fall off, cabinet with trashcans doesn't close, the kitchen wasn't clean. They delivered a new coffee maker because both were growing mold/mildew inside. The one upstairs is still nasty. Lots of mildew on doors and vents in upstairs bathrooms. A little love could make this place fantastic but it def needs some attention.

Lots of room to spread out. The splash pool was small for sure, but a nice spot to relax after a day in the ocean. The beds were comfortable and the triple decks were amazing for surf watching. Coastal Joe as always was a great property management group. Already picking dates for 2026!

Fully stocked kitchen was a happy surprise (spices even!). Pool and shower house were great; no getting wet all over when you just needed to rinse your feet. Everything was so very clean and the wine was a gracious touch. Inspirational quotes all over. Decor lovely and soothing. the view was awesome and we saw the Milky Way one evening. No disappointments whatever. Beds were comfy, linens soft. Complimentary toiletries were nice too. Gorgeous place and location! We were MOST pleased!
