Stayed Jul 5, 2025PROS: The house is BEAUTIFUL! It has plenty of space, and the basement bottom area is perfect for kids. There’s plenty of room for a large family of 15. The kitchen has plenty of appliances to use and pantry space. There’s lots of seating in the living/kitchen area for families to eat and hang out. The location at Seacrest is close to local shops and restaurants. The parking held our 6 cars easily so we didn’t have to use overflow parking anywhere. CONS: The washing machine would not spin making it an inconvenience to wash towels, etc. We turned this in twice to management and were told it would be fixed but it wasn’t. We just made do. It wasn’t a deal breaker, just annoying. We feel like having another full size refrigerator on the bottom floor would be extremely helpful for large families. The garbage disposal kept unplugging and not working and we would have to plug it back in. Again, not a deal breaker, just an annoyance. There’s LOTS of steps to the beach, BUT anywhere you go in this area has many steps to the beach so it’s inevitable. We were right beside the public beach access so it made our area in front of the house more crowded than some areas of the beach, but it wasn’t terrible.

Stayed Jun 2, 2025The house was clean and well stocked. It's bigger than it looks in the pictures. The beds were comfortable. I wasn't familiar with itrip but they were easy to deal with. They have better communication than any company I've rented from at the beach. The back porch was big enough for multiple people to sit. It provides plenty of shade in the hot part of the day, and the view is good. The driveway had plenty of space for 3 vehicles with room to turn your vehicle around. The public beach access next to the house is really busy. We had to get up early to get a good spot on the beach. The guys that set up the umbrella and chairs included with the house don't show up until about 8AM. There are lots of stairs. If you have trouble with stairs that could be a problem.

Stayed Oct 11, 2024the place was older inside, but clean. some things were broken. for the things that were, the property manager was quick to replace them. the basement rooms were a little dingy . luckily we didn't need to use them. overall a great place to stay. property manager was wonderful !

Stayed May 11, 2024The view from this house and the proximity to the beach cannot be beat! Absolutely gorgeous view and just steps (although a LOT of steps!) to the beach. Perfect layout for our family of 8 adults and 1 toddler. My son, daughter-in-law, and 2 year old grandson took over the lower level and it worked perfectly for them. Master bedroom was spacious and the master bath had lots of counter space and a big walk-in closet, which was appreciated. Well equipped kitchen, although all of the blenders (there were 3 of them) did not work. Unfortunately we found that out after purchasing expensive ingredients that then went to waste. Several kitchen cabinet doors had hinges broken. Maintenance did come out to fix them, as well as some slow-draining sinks, but it took 2 calls. One bathroom faucet that was leaking onto the counter did not get fixed. We were given a code for the security gate at the entrance to the driveway, but it wasn't needed as half of the gate was missing! We had no problem regulating temperature on all the floors or with hot water for 8 people. The plunge pool was very small but my toddler grandson spent hours in it and it was perfect for him. With just a little attention to detail, this could easily be a 5 star home. We enjoyed our stay, but the little things that were wrong were annoying and would be so easy to fix.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Overall a wonderful beachfront house that has ample space for two families. Direct access to beach and small heated dip pool were nice features. Lots of stairs and bedrooms downstairs are basic. One master is definitely better than the rest of the rooms. Kitchen, home and beach supplies were scarce. Home has been loved - broken shelf in refrigerator, entry gate broken / half missing, outdoor furniture cushions missing - but with a bit of a refresh and more supplies could be a great, comfortable beach home.

Stayed Nov 19, 2023Nice place but needs some updating! The furniture wasn’t very nice. Pool heater didn’t work, the oven wasn’t heating up very well and many of the lights didn’t work. The rental company was great to work with, but there is only so much that can do without the owners help.
