This stunning four-bedroom, five-and-a-half-bath home spans four levels and comfortably accommodates up to ten guests. A shared elevator offers convenient access from the ground floor to the main living level, where your private entrance awaits. Indoor Comforts
The elevator is shared with the A side of the duplex. It is accessible from the ground floor and provides service only to the main living area located on the third floor, where guests enter through a private, secured entrance into Columbia.

The third floor offers an open-concept living, kitchen, and dining area designed for comfort and connection. The spacious living room features a TV, ample seating, and stunning views. The fully equipped kitchen showcases sleek stone countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a separate wet bar with a standalone ice maker — perfect for entertaining. The dining table seats eight guests, with additional seating available at the breakfast bar, or enjoy meals al fresco on the covered balcony overlooking the beach. A half bathroom and a full-size washer and dryer are also conveniently located on this level for guest use.
