Gulf Front + Community Pool- 30A Linger Longer by Royal Destinations

We loved the location and it was perfect for our family!

30A Linger Longer is in a perfect part of the 30 A corridor. It is located in a gated area with a community private pool and on a private beach. The house is phenomenal with beautiful beach views.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. The private beach is so helpful for crowd control. The house does have normal wear and tear being a rental but beds comfortable. Do pick up storage with lids if you plan to cook. Also, the wash/ dryer is finicky to start but works well.

Also there were plenty of towels which was nice, and the pool was heated and clean. The property is dated however and needs a deep cleaning, repair on the master bedroom and bathroom door locks, kitchen supplies updated and replaced, and a few new furnishings. The management company was responsive throughout, access to the property was easy, however I did make note the first day about the master exterior doors not locking and although it was acknowledged and promised to be taken care of, no one came to the property nor followed up, therefore we had to tie the door locks to ensure security. For the price of the property these things I have noted should be in better condition. Lastly, there was loud construction during he day immediately next door and this was not indicated online nor when calling to book the property.

I love 30A, the beaches are beautiful and the amenities are fantastic. Linger Longer has beautiful views, right on the gulf, beach access is super close and there is enough room for the entire family ( I have grown kids with spouses). The house itself is in need of some updating, it definitely is a little outdated and the furniture is tired and at least needs a good professional cleaning. The gated community is a mix of old, new, and under construction but very quiet and felt super safe. The community pool was probably beautiful back in its prime, but definitely needs some love. The customer service from the management team was amazing. They were quick to respond, went out of their way to help and they were genuinely kind and happy to do whatever they could to make our stay great.

The house was spacious, comfortable and inviting, and the views were absolutely incredible. The master bedroom and bathroom are amazing. The beach is PRIVATE- actually private with plenty of space for guests of the gated neighborhood. There are shops and restaurants within walking or biking distance. The things that weren't perfect (but didn't bother us) were the upstairs getting a little warmer than we'd prefer, some wifi issues, and a cabinet that wouldn't shut in the kitchen. The kitchen could have a few more necessities (or you could just go out and enjoy the restaurants). Royal Destinations was the best management company to work with. They texted updates, provided extra information, and were incredibly helpful before and during our stay. Overall wonderful trip! We will be back!

I do believe a house that rented for so much money should have had more things available in the kitchen department. Royal Destinations was great to work with! It only took a couple texts bank and forth to get what we needed.
