GULF FRONT, Close to Pier Park - Walk Directly Onto the Beach! NO ELEVATORS!

Amazing view and location. Right on the beach. Property was clean and felt right at home. Clear communication and easy instructions. Would definitely rent again!

Very nice and clean room. Great location. Only complaint we had was the thermostat. It was a little to warm sleeping at night.

The second bedroom bathroom has a pedestal sink, so there is no place to put your things other than a wire shelf next to the sink which things keep falling through. Been nice to have a vanity with drawers.Kitchen has newer cabinets and appliances which was very nice. The dining table was very wobbly at the base, it was difficult eating at it because it wobbled so much, Im sure it's just a maintenance issue. Deck is very nice with nice chairs and tableWe had a great time

Great place right on the beach. A few hiccups with the door (low battery) at check in but they got that resolved next day. While not major problem the icemaker had been down for some time waiting for parts (found this out feom the repair man after he came out yo look at door). While i understand having to wait for parts, the tone from the repair man was it had been down for awhile, it would have been nice to know before hand Few items were worn out, broken, or busted (some glasses, dining chair and outside.chair) but i reported those on depature. Already planning our next stay.

It is stocked with everything you need and the company is was easy to work with! The beach is just steps away and the view from both the deck and the balcony is breathtaking! We have come the PCB yearly for 17 years and this is by far our favorite rental!

Refrigerator ice/water dispenser did not work. No umbrella for outdoor table even though there was an umbrella stand. Text management for solution but none resolved but excuses. Walkway to beach had stickers. Beautiful view.

It's a beautiful location with direct access to the beach. It was so clean and a great location in relation to pier park. I absolutely would recommend this property to anyone!

Great place and amenities were amazing. I don’t know if it was operator error or if the fridge was on its way out but the mechanism for water/ice would stay in the “open” position unless pulled on.

Loved that we were steps from the beach. Location was convenient and fairly close to everything we wanted to do. Had a couple of issues but maintenance was speedy - within hours of our request. Kitchen was stocked with lots of kitchen items and plenty of silverware, plates, etc. Loved having an upstairs balcony in one of the bedrooms.

We enjoy living in our rentals and found all the conveniences of home. It was nice to be only steps to the beach where we could enjoy going to the beach easily many times during the day. We also found it to not be overcrowded at all and really was glad about that. The communication was excellent in getting us our contracts, guidelines, and instructions in a very timely and professional manner. We would definitely recommend this rental to family and friends. We enjoyed many nearby attractions. Pier Park and Wonderworks was probably our favorites we visited. We can’t wait to come back again! We know you’ll enjoy this little “Peace” of paradise too!

Location is everything, couldn’t ask for a better view. The place had everything we needed. Would definitely stay again!

It was a great stay at the VRBO—it was clean and orderly! The fridge's ice/water dispenser kept going off randomly, so there was a lot of water on the floor often. Also, the screen door to the patio was hard to open, but maybe it just got off its track. We just didn't want to fiddle and make it worse. Other than those small things I have no complaints about the property. One thing to note, though, is that communication with the property management was a bit haywire, both before the stay and throughout. Maybe it was a mistake on our end, but we had to fill out our rental agreement multiple times, and when we tried to tell them we already filled it out they'd say there was no record of it on file or something similar. Also, when one of the property managers came to check in, our primary renter was gone getting groceries. We called him and she told him over the phone that she needed to meet with him the next morning to get an ID. The next morning, she never showed up even a long time after the time she specified. We called the place and told them to call us back about the ID exchange, but they never called us again or gave us any sort of notice that the meeting wasn't needed anymore. So I guess it would be handy to future renters if you explained on the VRBO website or over an email sent prior to the stay what the checkin process will exactly be like so that rental agreements and phone calls don't get misconstrued and overlooked. But other than that it was an awesome stay!

The townhome lived up to our expectations and met all of our needs. We loved the bathrooms and slept comfortably in a king size bed. Plus, it was wonderful to walk down the stairs and enjoy walks along the beach.

This townhouse was perfect for us! We utilized to oceanfront deck so many times during the day, the upper-level balcony made grabbing sunrise/set pictures a breeze. If we return to the area in the future this will be a for sure re-book. It was easy to get to most places we want to get to, having some space to move in the parking lot made getting onto the roadway super easy. The beach area was quite during our visit and just steps away! We enjoyed daily morning walks even in the cooler November weather! Relaxation was had and we felt re-energized when we left. My only suggestion would be to update the television in the main living area to a more modern smart tv making logging in to stream easier, but we figured a work around from our phone to cast that work well. Thanks for letting us call this home during our visit!
