Stayed Jul 13, 2019This was by far the worst property we’ve ever stayed in! I’ve never seen a property so poorly maintained and gross. There were giant cockroaches and spiders everywhere every single day as well as black mold on the ceilings and in every bathroom. All picture frames had mold growing on them as well as musty moldy closets. There were no closet doors and the curtain rods hung for the closet doors fell on our heads if you barely touched them. There looked to be green algae or weird stains on all the living room furniture and all the sliding glass doors were broken. We couldn’t get to our second floor balcony because the doors wouldn’t open. The main floor glass doors didn’t have locks on them so we couldn’t lock our doors. There were tons of termites on the back porch and plywood ceilings on the bottom floor bedroom. There was mold in the freezer. Half the windows in the living room were so dirty or old that you couldn’t see through them at all. For paying over $4000 a week, we expected at least a clean, safe 5 bedroom like the listing claimed. The only good thing about the property was the proximity to the beach which was great. Location was great. Everything else was terrible.
