Great family stay at great place---needed to call once and management respond quickly to resolve issue.....

Location is outstanding! Close to excellent restaurants, shopping and Englewood Beach (15 min drive at most). We were only the second renters and I would say this is still a work in progress. The pool is solar heated and was not usable due to weather not being warm enough. The dock was wonderful and enjoyed fishing every day besides the wonderful view. There is construction next door which on a few days we were not able to sit on lanai (diesel fumes/noise). There is no oven (a small microwave/convection oven but not large enough to cook for more than two). Several suggestions were made to property manager on what could be improved and things that did not work. Her response was always immediate or at least within an hour and personally came to check out issues with the handyman. She said she would pass on suggestions to owner. The space is great for a large family and the neighborhood a great place for walking (all the side streets are cul-de-sacs). The neighbors were very friendly. Regarding cleanliness, I had to wipe out all drawers before putting clothes in, looked like dog hair (lots). I am hoping the owner took suggestions to heart and made some improvements. This would be an all around 5 star+ place. With that said I would highly recommend this rental.

Overall very happy with the stay and property. We had great weather so the pool was a plus. The canal and river view were a plus. The property was as shown in the pics and in great shape. The minor issues were things like no end tables in living room, no lamps on end tables in bedrooms. The kitchen was well setup for cooking and enjoying meals at the house. Response from Tiffany was quick and we enjoyed our stay
