Gulf Breeze: Oceanfront Home with Private Pool & Direct Beach Access!

After being bumped from the townhouse we originally rented, the host, SPI Rentals, did a good job of scrambling to find us something nice but a little step down. Host was very responsive to each & every need.

Beautiful home! Clean and spacious. Wonderful pool and great access to the beach. Everything was way better than the website photos. When we needed more propane for the grill, SPI Rentals came out and replaced it right away. It was easy with check-in/out and they responded instantly with answers to our questions. Our family had the best vacation here and will be returning!

The house is very comfortable, and our stay was pleasant. The only minor issues are: 1. The blender isn't working properly. 2. The kitchen light bulbs have a faulty contact. 3. The air conditioning control on the second floor is in a bedroom, so the temperature in the apartment isn't properly controlled.

Very nice property with a great location. Centrally located on SPI and right on the beach. No big issues. Master shower water pressure was very low. I would rent this property again.

The house was perfectly situated with beach access and was close to many destinations that made it convenient. It was clean and beautiful with all the amenities that we enjoyed. We definitely would stay here again.

My family and I loved staying at this property! Easy access to the beach, beach bar, and so spacious. We will be booking at this property in the future. Side note: my mom loved how stocked the kitchen was, great plus.

This property is in a great location. It’s close to the Wanna Wanna bar which is great to walk to and have lunch and a drink. It’s also close to Jim’s beach rental

SPI offered exceptional service during our recent stay. When we discovered the heated pool had no heat, maintenance was called and arrived within the half hour! Problem solved. When we could not get overhead fans to change from one speed to another, maintenance was called. Again, the maintenance guy arrived and the problem was resolved. Despite the rental was somewhat dated, I certainly appreciated SPI's service!

Our stay was great. I would recommend and return to this house. It met our expectations and then some. Very quiet and peaceful. Wonderful view of the gulf. Nice pool area to relax at night after a day at the beach. Very comfortable living space. Kitchen that had everything to get us by for cooking dinner. Grill worked perfectly. And the bedroom was very comfortable. Maybe the only thing needed was an umbrella or some cover over the pool but that isn't a complaint. We will return!

Wonderful beach view and beautiful home.

The house was in a good location but it was a little rundown. The inside of the house was barely cleaned and we had to mop the floors on arrival. The bathroom downstairs wasn't clean with urinal around the toilet. One of the replacement refrigerators was leaking water from the freezer to refrigerator, we had a pot catching the water. Overall it's an okay house needs a little more care and attention. The cleaning crew needs to be a little more thorough in their cleaning process between each guest arriving. The location was amazing and the price I spent was for the location only not for the condition of the house.

Place was fantastic. Only thing that would make it better is earlier checkin or later checkout. It is really 3 days 3 nights
