This charming house has been completely renovated. It impresses with its southern exposure with a wide view of the water, located in a well-established quiet neighborhood. You can reach the Gulf of Mexico easily and quickly by boat. We are happy to help you with your boat rental. If you are not busy visiting one of the many beautiful beaches in the area, or are traveling with the rental boat, you can relax by the pool or enjoy the beautiful view of the water from the boat deck. The year-roundheated pool will always be at the perfect temperature. The living room and the adjoining area are very nicely furnished. The new, well-equipped kitchen leaves nothing to be desired for the chefs among you. For grill lovers, there is a gas grill on the terrace that invites you to BBQ in the evening. The bedrooms are beautifully and comfortably furnished. The living room and all bedrooms are equipped with televisions and fast Internet access is of course also available. This house is nestled in a lovingly landscaped tropical garden. Your vacation in this villa will be unforgettable and unique.

Sufficient towels, beach towels and bed linen are available so that you can still store the space in your suitcase for your purchases in the various outlets.
A cooler, beach chairs and a beach umbrella are also available.
We welcome you with a starter kit: one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, a kitchen roll, a small hand soap in each bathroom, a small disinfectant, dish washing liquid and some dish washing tabs, fresh dishcloths and brushes and enough tea towels.
The rent is valid for an occupancy of up to 4 people. Each additional person will be charged at the displayed price. Children up to 3 years are free.
We charge $0.16 + tax per kilowatt hour for electricity costs. The units are determined on arrival and departure by photo of the electricity meter.
If you are not present at the agreed check-in or check-out time without cancelling, we have to charge $50 for our additional work time.
For insurance reasons we do not rent boats, bikes or kayaks. However, there are numerous rental options. Our on-site team is happy to help.
