Gulf Access, Infinity Pool, Outdoor Kitchen, Kayaks: Cast-A-Waves

The house was perfect for our stay. For part of the 2 week stay, we had 2 adult children and our 22 mo. old grandson.The house was clean, had plenty of kitchen spices, towels,and the pool was perfect for everyone especially the little one. Neighborhood was very nice to walk with the stroller and even his little trike.If we could change anything it would be to have all king beds. The Master had a king but the other rooms had queens. It gets tight when a little one crawls in with you ; )We used the outdoor grill and Lanai area a lot. Overall a very nice spot!We would stay again!

This house was the perfect place for our family to stay during our trip to Florida. The house had everything we needed. The pool was incredible and had a safety fence around it for when it wasn’t in use. During our stay there were no neighbours so the backyard felt extremely private, like our own oasis. We very much liked the location, was a very safe subdivision where we enjoyed nightly walks with the kids. Everything we did was within 40-60minute drive (Fort myers beach, lovers key, pirate boat tour). Would definitely stay at this property again.

What a lovely home! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Only wish we could have stayed longer. We hope to be back…everything was perfect.

This house was outstanding! My husband and I, our adult children and two toddler grandchildren stayed for one week. The house is laid out perfectly for such a group. The outdoor area is spectacular and the pool is perfect. This is the first rental that I would rate absolutely perfect on cleanliness. Our only suggestion would be for more kitchen cooking utensils, such as spatulas. Our whole family would highly recommend this house rental!

We were there from Feb 9th to the 15th. House and location are beautiful. House was clean and well prepared. The one small problem we had was with the pool heater. We arrived on Sunday, and the pool was cold. I was aware that the weather in Cape Coral was cool the previous week, and that the heater may have just been started. Monday saw no improvement to the pool temperature, so I called the manager in the afternoon. They responded almost immediately, and verified that the heater wasn't working.Management told us that they would get the pool company there that day or the next. When afternoon of the next day arrived (Tuesday) and the pool company didn't show, I contacted the manager, who told me that the pool company wouldn't respond until Thursday, which they did. They fixed the heater, however the pool didn't reach temperature until Friday, our last day there. We were disappointed that we could only use the pool comfortably for 1 day (which was the best day of our vacation).I asked the manager for an accomodation, and we had 150.00 refunded to us.I understand that things break down, and otherwise everything else was perfect, but if something is broken in a house that costs over 400.00 per day, it should be repaired or made right immediately, not in 3 1/2 days.Date of arrival - February 9, 2025Reservation ID #2127

Everything was as shown on the listing. The property was outstanding and extremely clean! The property manager responded extremely quick to any issue we had (nothing major and only things that could be expected at anytime during a stay). This was a perfect getaway for the family and we will most definitely be coming back!

This property was very nice. We stayed for two weeks and had no issues at all. The pool was at the perfect temperature each day. We were lucky and encountered only an hour of rain during our stay. I will definitely be looking to stay here again soon.

Loved everything about the house! Enjoyed a great week with our college age daughters and friends! Everything was within 10 drive! Beach was a bit further. The neighborhood was clean, quiet and safe.
