From the boat dock at Villa Siesta Key, it will be an experience to take a boat “out to sea” or into the Gulf of Mexico and visit the beaches of the nearby islands of Captiva, Sanibel or Fort Myers Beach. The adventurers among you will then certainly anchor at one of the small islands of the Gasparilla Islands. The large covered terrace of Villa Siesta Key offers a shady spot when you need some refreshment on the sun-drenched pool deck after a long sunbath, which you can of courseget by jumping into the cool water of the beautiful pool. The cozy lanai offers 6 holiday guests space for a typical American BBQ, of course there is a grill. At the end of the day it is advisable to have a drink by the water at the Tiki Bar. The tropical, southern atmosphere will enchant you. The Villa Siesta Key is modern and very nicely decorated. The large living room captivates with the fantastic view of the pool area and the water. A big screen TV and the stereo / DVD combination are housed in the built-in wall. The dining area connects to the open American kitchen. You can have breakfast on the terrace or at the cozy breakfast bar. The bedrooms are comfortably furnished. The master bedroom with a king-size bed and directly adjacent bathroom, one of the guest rooms with a queen-size bed and the second guest room with twin-size beds. From the pool area you have the opportunity to use the guest bathroom without having to go through the house. The master bedroom and one of the guest rooms are each equipped with a television. Bed linen, towels and dishes are sufficient for 6 people in the house. Equally high-quality kitchen appliances, as well as dishwashers, washing machines and dryers will help you to make your vacation in Villa Siesta Key pleasant.
All our houses and apartments are in our administration and are subject to the high quality standards of BMI International. The costs for water, gas, garbage disposal, cable TV, internet and telephone (regional) are included in the price
We welcome you with a starter kit: one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, a kitchen roll, a small hand soap in each bathroom, a small disinfectant, dish washing liquid and some dish washing tabs, fresh dishcloths and brushes and enough tea towels.
The rent is valid for an occupancy of up to 4 people. Each additional person will be charged at the displayed price. Children up to 3 years are free.
We charge $0.16 + tax per kilowatt hour for electricity costs. The units are determined on arrival and departure by photo of the electricity meter.
If you are not present at the agreed check-in or check-out time without cancelling, we have to charge $50 for our additional work time.
For insurance reasons we do not rent boats, bikes or kayaks. However, there are numerous rental options. Our on-site team is happy to help.
