Stayed Apr 6, 2025This property is as advertised on Vrbo. It is a crash pad. If you are ok with that, then your stay would be fine. Thin walls and ceiling made sounds seem like they were inour suite. Late one night, we were treated to a group seemingly yelling to.find a lost pet. Towels were dirty when we first arrived. Owner did get them replaced but only after contacting them since the site manager's cell # provided was incorrect. Little things to be aware of: There is no way to close the front door to the suite except by bolting it. There are some different mini levels in the property (step up in the middle of the bedroom to get in bed, step up to sit on the toilet, etc.). There is an extension cord plugged into the bathroom outlet that goes into the back rental unit. Why?? There was an extension chord laying across the entry way by the garage door over a full day and night. The TV doesn't seem to shut off with the power button on the remote. It goes off after 30-60 minutes of a screen saver. On the plus side: the owner was very responsive. The place is very close to both Garden of the Gods and the Red Rocks Open Space. The shower was nice. This is a great choice if you want to crash after biking or hiking all day. Just don't expect much in the way of accommodations. Probably perfect for an 1-2 night stay. Longer than that, it may be uncomfortable.

Stayed Aug 9, 2024I stayed there for work. It was the perfect little getaway to crash at during my working weekend!!
