I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Nice quiet cottage super close to the beach and the little downtown area. Enjoyed a bike ride and convenient walk to numerous shops / restaurants. Perfect for one or two people to get a nice break away from it all.

Stayed Jun 27, 2025Had some trouble with the refrigerator/freezer, but the property manager got right on it and resolved our issue. My only complaint is that I wish there had been a book explaining the operation of Refrig and freezer and dishwash and location of trash bins.

Stayed Sep 22, 2024Grace Sea was a great option for my elderly mom and me. Everything was on the same level once we got up the entry steps! She uses a walker, and she had zero problems moving through the property. Clean, roomy, comfortable space with a beachy charm. Walking distance to the beach access, the West pool, and most of the town. We would definitely stay again on our next trip to Seaside!

Reviewer Comments: I can't say enough about our service from everyone at Homeowner's Collection. We had a couple minor issues with our cottage, and both times we called someone showed up at our door in well under ten minutes with a solution. People on the phones were equally polite and responsive. One oof the best rental organizations I've ever dealt with.
