Stayed Aug 23, 2024The apartment has everything you need for short or long stay. Well equipped kitchen, good size rooms, plus the extra room at the top. Incredible view of the Estuary from sitting room, front bedroom, and upstairs room. Centre of the town, with best boulangerie across the street. Does not have parking but weekly parking permit is only 40 euros and you can park anywhere in the town with it. including street parking along apartment and lot that is a stones throw away.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Our first time to this area and a trip we very much enjoyed, the property more than serving our needs, with views that constantly changed. We thought either HomeAway or the owner should make it clear about a)lack of WiFi (to ommit any comment is not sufficient, these days it is almost expected, even in rural France), b) the situation is central and on main thoroughfare back and front. There was some noise late and very early which for all but a heavy sleeper could spoil a holiday and c) parking at best is 100m away and could cost up to €25 per day or for a weekly ticket €40. A family may find this expensive. The owner met us as planned, was very pleasant with enough English to explain most of what we needed to know. If some of the points above had been advised we would have given an extra star.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969We were going to arrive slightly later than usual because we were driving north in one day and the owner was happy to accommodate this. The property was clean and well maintained with a very well equipped kitchen. Living room with views of the ever-changing light on the marsh. Comfortable beds. What more could you want!
