Both kitchens offer direct access to the back porch. Each bathroom includes a subway-tiled shower and sleek vanity. The downstairs bathroom also includes a full-size washer and dryer, while additional machines are available in the basement.

Bedrooms
The home includes six private bedrooms—three on each floor—designed for comfort and privacy. Each room features blackout curtains, accent walls, quality mattresses, area rugs, tower fans, white noise machines, and nightstands with charging ports. The primary bedroom on the first floor includes a king bed, crib, and access to the porch, while all others offer queen beds. Two bedrooms (one on each floor) include dedicated workspaces with a desk and chair—perfect for remote work or study.
All guests are required to sign a rental agreement, present a valid driver's license, and provide a selfie for identity verification. Access will only be granted once these requirements are fulfilled. The agreement includes the house rules listed below and clearly outlines specific Airbnb terms upon booking acceptance. Feel free to request the document before confirming your booking.

The primary guest responsible for the reservation must be at least 25 years old. Exceptions may be granted at the sole discretion of the hosts on a case-by-case basis.

Local bookings—defined as guests residing in the same city or county as the property—are allowed; however, guests must provide justification for their stay, and approval is at the discretion of the hosts.

For stays of 30 days or longer, a separate long-term lease may be required to comply with New York State law. Any automated rental agreement sent after reservation acceptance (e.g. via our property management system) is not considered valid or binding for long-term stays unless specifically approved and confirmed by the host.

If a guest is unwilling or unable to complete the lease or screening requirements, or does not meet the screening criteria, the host may request that the guest cancel the reservation. As long as the cancellation occurs within the timeframe specified by the host, the guest will receive a full refund with no financial penalty or impact to either party.

These requirements and timelines are designed to ensure a smooth experience for both guest and host, and will be clearly communicated during the reservation process.

    I was blown away by this stunning property on arrival. Hosts were friendly and easy to reach. They've thought of everything guests could need. Entry keypad was easy to use. Most older homes in Syracuse do not have central air, so I was incredibly grateful for this home's central AC that works very well. Each floor has a full kitchen with six-person dining area, living room with Roku TV, a full bathroom, and three bedrooms. There is one king bedroom on the first floor with a crib built into a niche, a welcome feature for a family with a baby. You can stock each of the two full-sized fridge/freezers at Wegmans (grocery store/pharmacy that's open 6am to midnight, six minute drive away). Another pleasant surprise was the Tide detergent - not the quality I'm used to at other rentals At check out, hosts asked for simple things like lights off and doors locked. I did not see in the listing that there was a noise sensor in the downstairs living room, and the hosts texted one evening to make sure we were ok when the TV and conversations got loud. This home is an excellent choice for multiple people who are in town attending an event together, and I wouldn't wait on snapping it up if it's available for your time frame. If unsure about the number of your guests, I'd recommend overestimating to make life easier for the hosts setting up for your stay. Now that the cat's out of the bag, my family will be fighting over this property in the future. Thanks for sharing your beautiful home!

    GRP HQ is an excellent property in the heart of the Tipperary Hill section of Syracuse. We were in town for a family wedding and could not have had a better stay. The house is set up as two separate living spaces with three bedrooms on each floor but with our crowd of 10 adults and 2 toddlers, we rented both which gave us all the space we needed to accommodate the early to bed, early risers on one floor and the late night, sleep in folks on the other. Each kitchen was fully stocked and we really appreciated the stash of coffee that got us through our last morning when ours ran out. All the beds were comfy, linens and towels were first class and we were pleasantly surprised when the hot water heater kept up with us! Would definitely rent this property again.
