From the moment we drove up to the house we were pleased. The surroundings are peaceful and beautiful, which is also what we found inside the home. Spotlessly clean, cozy and comfortable. Plenty of cooking utensils etc, indoor and outdoor fire, smart tv, super comfy bed, quality linen… The wildlife you see from the doorstep is incredible. We honestly could have stayed longer and would have had we not had other hotels to move onto as part of our trip. The hosts were incredibly accommodating and nothing was too much trouble, they were only ever a text away. We highly recommend this place, one of the best we have ever stayed in, and really hope to stay again in the not too distant future.

We had a wonderful time staying at Pine Mountain Lake. The amenities at the lake were great. The cabin was wonderful and made travel to Yosemite easy. It had everything our family of 5 needed while there. One thing to keep in mind is that food options are limited, so I would recommend planning ahead in case you have food restrictions or limitations. The hosts were wonderful and very responsive.

We enjoyed our stay here as we visited Yosemite daily. The furnishings were comfortable and the lake and playground were close by. The outdoor patio was great and we spent most of our time there. The shower in the primary suite had mildew. The main AC unit in the living room didn’t work. It was hot in the house until about midnight, making it hard to go to sleep. We opened the doors and used the plug in fans they provided, but it was still hot. It’s August, and I was surprised the owner hadn’t made an effort to fix it after I notified them the first night.

Our experience was fantastic! We were 30ish minutes ahead of schedule and they let us check in early. Check in was easy. The home was exactly as pictured. Two bedrooms and a loft divided into two spaces. Outdoor deck with table, sitting area, fire pit, barbecue and hammock. We saw deer right on the property and turkeys as well. There was a puzzle and a few games in a downstairs closet. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the kitchenware you could imagine. The lake was beautiful. 10ish minute walk with kids to get to one of the three beach areas. The beach had restrooms, a little playground and a floating dock. The first day we saw a bald eagle catch a fish in the lake! I would 100% percent stay here again!

Stayed here for three night. 6 people. It was fantasic! Cute and clean with comfy beds. The kids loved the loft. I loved the hamock! Well stocked with kitchen ware and bath towels. Everything we needed was there! Roughly a ten minute walk to the lake with kids. Would 100% stay here again.

Our son was married in Groveland and we needed a place to stay for three nights. The house was very comfortable for three adults and two children under the age of 10. Everything we needed was available and the property was clean with plenty of beds for sleeping. The hammock in the back yard was great. Thanks for this charming place to stay which is very close to Yosemite.

Our recent stay was an exceptionally pleasant experience. The property was thoughtfully maintained, offering both comfort and seclusion in a serene, natural setting. Located approximately one hour drive to the park entrance, the cabin provided easy access to Yosemite’s major attractions while allowing for a quiet retreat at the end of the day. The interior was clean, tastefully furnished, and fully equipped with modern amenities. I especially appreciated the tranquil outdoor space, perfect for enjoying the fresh mountain air. The hosts were professional, communicative, and provided helpful recommendations. I would not hesitate to return or recommend!

We highly recommend this house, It was great. They provide everything you need to enjoy your stay, weather it's for a few days or longer. The house was very clean and excellent for our family of 5. Plenty of room for more guests. Great atmosphere and great community. The only thing I would recommend is bringing your own food, as the little town is quite pricey.

We had a wonderful stay at this cozy cabin near Pine Mountain Lake! The location is perfect—just about 40 minutes from Yosemite’s main entrance and close to the lake. The cabin was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The two spacious bedrooms and the attic provided plenty of room for our group. Would definitely recommend for a relaxing getaway!

You know how you go some place and it was so great, you don't think it will be as good the second time? Not true when it comes to this place! We just completed our second stay at this house and it was better than the first time we went. This place is comfortable, well appointed and there wasn't anything that we wished for that it didn't have. Very clean and stocked with the necessities. The entire area had one short power outage which is, of course, out of anyone's control turned out to be a blessing because it caused us to spend a little more time out enjoying the beautiful deck area!Great place.......we will be back!

I stayed here with my husband and some friends and it was a wonderful experience! The cabin was very spacious, clean, and comfortable. There were spaces like the living space or main porch to hang out with everyone or if me and my husband wanted to break away and have alone time, there were multiple rooms and patios where we could get some quiet. There were more amenities available in the area than Expedia even had listed as well. Even after we left, we found out a friend left a sweatshirt behind and they shipped it out to him. Would absolutely stay there again and was very well worth the price (which we could’ve believe wasn’t higher).
