Grouper House: 4 Masters/6 BA, Pool/Dock, BoatRamp

My family and I have been staying at the Grouper House for several years now. It feels like home and we continue to make more wonderful memories. There were several great upgrades this year, such as tv's in the bedrooms and down by the pool. I honestly can't think of anything that could make our stay better. As usual, Sean and Jose take great care of us! Looking forward to next year!

Grouper House was Perfect. We had 4 couples and with the 4 bedrooms 4 bath it made really nice. Don’t even have to leave your room for coffee. The house was very clean. We had 1 sink drain that was draining slow and I called Jose he was there within 10 minutes or less. I even said hey y’all might want to get a squeegee for the pool bathroom it is very slick when wet. Jose met me at the boat ramp and help me launch. Sean and the owner showed up upon our arrival gave us a tour of the home. There is nothing to not like about renting from Happinthekeys!!!

The house was wonderful, a perfect set up for 4 couples vacationing together. It was beautifully decorated and expertly equipped with anything needed to complement our stay. The check in was easy and we were pleasantly surprised that the property manager met us there to show us around on arrival. The pool and house were well maintained and communication with the host was very easy. Would definitely stay here again!

We were a group of 4 couples. The house was absolutely perfect for us. It is beautifully decorated, well stocked and immaculately clean. Sean our host went above and beyond our expectations. We spent many afternoons hanging out and having drinks by the pool. We spotted a mother manatee with baby by the dock. We would definitely rent this house again when in the area.

This was our third time renting this beautiful home in Coco Plum, Marathon, and it continues to exceed our expectations. The house truly fits our family’s needs like a dream—spacious, comfortable, thoughtfully designed, and filled with every luxury you could want for a perfect Keys getaway. Everything about this home makes it easy to relax and enjoy time together. It’s clear how well cared for the property is, and we genuinely appreciate the attention to detail throughout. The staff is absolutely amazing—responsive, professional, and on top of every detail before and during our stay. It makes such a difference knowing anything you need is handled promptly and with care. We love this home so much that we’ve already booked again for next year, which says it all. We can’t imagine staying anywhere else when visiting Marathon. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a truly exceptional vacation home.

We stay a week in Marathon every year. This was by far the most accommodating house we have stayed in. The house had everything you need for a great vacation. We were especially pleased with the 4 master suites and the ice maker. Highly recommended.

The house and location was prefect. We had 3 couples in a 4 bedroom house so there was plenty of room. Each room had its own tv, large bathroom, fridge and coffee bar. The outside living had everything you could think of. Very nice pool, shower, bathroom, grill and it was all extremely clean.

The house was perfect! It was set up to enjoy every min. We loved the room downstairs by the pool with the extra refrigerator, deep freezer, and especially the ice machine!! We would definitely stay here again. The management company was very attentive and kind and the house was spotless.

We have been coming to the Florida Keys for years, but this was our first time staying in Marathon. It is a beautiful area and the Grouper Home was the perfect retreat after a day of fishing or having fun at the sandbar. It is a beautiful home and property with everything needed for a great vacation. The layout of the home with 4 masters was perfect for our family. Having the boat ramp near, along with the spacious dock made it even better. The management was easy to communicate and available for any questions. We had a great time at the Grouper Home and look forward to planning future stays.

Our stay at the Grouper house was amazing. The house was gorgeous and they had amazing amenities. When we had a few minor issues, Happy in the Keys property management came over very quickly. Very nice personnel. We loved the pool and the dock. We loved having the boat slip right beside the house. We will definitely book this house again.

We (family and friends aged 3-82) rented both the Grouper House and Super Grouper for the week leading up to our son’s wedding. We brought so many ch with us that we didn’t need because the houses were so well furnished! Large platters, boards for charcuterie- they had everything we needed to prepare and serve dinners for all 16 of us!

this property and company has multiple properties we stayed at the grouper house and was excellent had plenty of room for four couples along with pool dock and boat ramp would stay here again people that own and run it do a excellent job

It had everything that four adult couples could need. Plenty of personal space with each couple having a king bed suite with their own personal baths. Two extra half baths with one by the pool. Also an outdoor shower by the pool. The attention from Sean and Jose during the weather concerns of hurricane Milton, put our minds at ease. Seriously we are already discussing our return.
