Group-Friendly Ranch Home | Pool, Big Yard & Plenty of Space!

This home was everything as listed. Plenty of space for the families and a large gathering area with the dining room and living room. The downstairs area was very nice for the kids to hang out and play. Because of the weather change (summer to fall) the water was a little too cold for the kids to get in. The pool looked very inviting anyway and the large backyard was fun. Hopefully the HWY 290 construction will be completed soon.

House was great for our group of 13!! Down-rated because the house is much further from downtown than the radius on the listing implies. In addition to that, there is heavy highway construction by the house. What appeared to be a 15 minute drive downtown, ended up being 35 minutes

The place was everything we hoped it would be.

From the street ( tricky to find due to highway construction) house looks very plain and small. Inside it was amazingly spacious and comfortable. Spacious backyard , nice covered porch. Pool could not use as it needed cleaning& chemicals ( algae). Owner notified immediately, promised to have someone out asap. No one came, even on day of scheduled maintenance. So could not use pool and it was a big reason for choosing this house. Note: no pool furniture around pool and no shade. Some issues with shower plumbing/ hot water in 2 bathrooms but we were able to work around. Other than not being able to use pool, house was plenty comfortable. Roadwork being done ( RT 290) is not currently in front of house, so noise was not an issue. Issues discussed with management and reasonably resolved. Would consider staying here on a future visit if need a place for a number of people to stay.

Overall the stay was OK. It would have been nice if the yard was maintain better. Location was hard to get too the first time there. The pool lights were not working, but the grandkids had a great time!!

We’ve stayed in this area previously. Loved the size of the house and accommodated 12 of us easily. Close proximity to the wedding venue. We made great use of the pool. Loved the lower level entertainment area. All the nephews/nieces played video games all night long. Plenty of bathrooms

Overall - this VRBO is perfect for large groups. Everyone had their own space and had no major issues. The pool is huge and was great for our pool day at the end of our stay. The only true negative - surrounding construction made it difficult for us to get Uber/Lyft. They found us eventually, though!

This property was just what we needed to fit our 9 guests. Bedrooms are large and beds and linens are very comfortable. House was clean and in great shape with multiple large living spaces for our group. The only reason I gave the neighborhood 4 starts was due to construction which it to no fault of the property manager or owner. At the time of our stay the highway was down to one lane which made it hard to get anywhere in a timely manner. Hopefully they will finish the construction soon. Even with this inconvenience, I would stay in this house if needing accommodations for a large group again.

The property was great! Everything was clean, everyone got a bed, everyone had a blast. Thank you for allowing us to use this home and create many new memories!

Amazing property such a great location large house with a lot of space. Had a bachelor party there and everyone had a bed to sleep on. Only gripe I have is the construction but there is not much you can do about that!!

Wow! What a beautiful home. An enjoyable experience to say the very least. Pool was well maintained, check in and check out were seamless, it really couldn’t have been much better. We’ll be back!

Some coworkers and I spent two weeks at this location. There were plenty of space to accommodate everyone so everyone had their own bed. They enjoyed the pool on their downtime. Communication was great with the host. We would definitely stay there again.

The home space and amenities are great for large groups. We thoroughly enjoyed the big pool and amazing backyard. The house itself needs some TLC to make it perfect. All the bathtubs did not drain properly so showering meant standing in a pool of water. Some dead bugs and cobwebs on the inside of windows but nothing that a good cleaning won't take care of. All in all, an enjoyable experience, we will definitely consider booking there again.

We came for our friends bachelor party and had a wonderful stay. Spacious, clean and open house is perfect for big groups. Lovely pool and living room area in the basement were great for hanging out!
