Stayed Dec 19, 2025Beautiful location for sunrises and sunsets. Some of the amenities in the house were pretty ‘meh’ quality for the price of the rental (sheets, towels, kitchen knives)Not sure the parking should be listed for RV’s, as we couldn’t leave our little truck camper on it at such a steep angle.

Stayed Mar 19, 2025Rented this property for a golf trip with my buddies and all ours wives. First let me start with the location. It’s was centrally located to the airport, highway, shopping and golf. The neighborhood is very quiet . The house sits a the bottom of the most gorgeous Mountain View there is.(my wife actually hiked it) the esthetic of the house is to die for. No expense was spared on the decoration and amenities. Every detail was thought about. From the view of the mountain from the bath tub (yes ladies) to the heated pool and jacuzzi. There’s a putting green for every golfer’s dream and even a massage chair for your tired muscles after a long day on the golf course. The kitchen was my perfect. My wife loved it!!!! All high end appliances. There’s 2 decks for entertaining with everything you need. Let’s not forget about the outdoor seated fireplace!!! Kudos to the owner of this property for their amazing attention to detail in making all the guest feeling comfortable.

Stayed Oct 30, 2024This property is in a transitional neighborhood with beautiful Mountain Views. In general the house was clean but not spotless (example the footplate on the trash can in the kitchen has accumulated a lot of grime). We only had access to 4 bedrooms not 5 as advertised. We thought we must have misunderstood but in reading the listing we see indeed we paid for 5 bedrooms. Communication was excellent and we were able to get in a little early that day. The primary bedroom has no closet access and instead there is a small hall coat tree with a couple mismatched hangers. Not what we expected at all. Also there was never hot water in the primary bedroom only lukewarm. Two main staircases are lightweight & narrow metal spiral design (from the main floor to the basement and from the upper deck to the lower deck). Cumbersome and a bit dangerous to use in our opinion but the only way down to the pool. The back yard is many levels, some stairs and some steep sloping artificial turf around the pool. Photos of the backyard amenities are deceiving- the pool is quite small and there were no operating manual for the spa. The neighborhood appeared safe but with an easy front door code with no additional deadbolt to throw once inside made us uneasy. We did enjoy our time in the house and appreciated the many different sitting areas and tables in the house. We enjoyed the beautiful hiking! Also, I can’t recall booking a property this large that had no welcome note with snacks/water.
