Blue Siren House puts you in a 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom ground-floor townhome on

South Padre Island — one level, zero stairs, half a block from public beach

access with no road to cross. It is one side of a quiet two-unit duplex and

the owner lives on the other, so the privacy here is something most island

rentals simply cannot match. At 1,200 square feet with 14-foot ceilings

through the main living area, there is more room to move around than most
r>beach rentals will give you.

The kitchen is stocked for real cooking — pots, pans, dishes, utensils, and

counter space to spread out. It opens directly into the living area, which is

where that square footage starts to make sense.



Worth saying upfront: this is an older property that has not been remodeled.

It is clean, well-kept, and priced honestly for what it is. If brand-new

finishes are the priority, other listings on the island will serve you better.

If a spacious, private townhome with a genuine South Padre feel sounds right —

this is the one.

SLEEPING (Up to 8 Guests)

King bed in the master bedroom. Two singles in the second bedroom. The living

room pull-out works as a double, and there is an airbed with a pump stored in

the closet. All standard beds have crisp, clean sheets and comforters — if you

plan to use the pull-out or the airbed, please bring your own bedding for

those. Eight is the listed maximum; six is the comfortable count.



THE OUTDOORS

There is a side yard alongside the backyard, giving the property more outdoor

buffer than you typically get in this price range. The garage will not fit a

vehicle but does a good job storing beach chairs, umbrellas, and gear so the

inside stays tidy. When grilling, please bring your own setup and clean the

area when you are finished.



PARKING

Two spots included, always free. High-speed WiFi is included as well — note

that Spectrum service on the island can be spotty, so if you have work that

cannot wait, bring a personal hotspot enabled cell as backup.



NEIGHBORHOOD

This townhome is located on E gardenia, and is walkable to the SPI Wine Bar

for those that would like wine tasting in an intimate setting; Josphine’s

Kitchen (bit further) for excellent breakfasts & lunches: Work out buffs can

go to the truly world class brand new Island Fitness that sells day passes for

about $15



PETS

Dogs are welcome for an additional fee — up to two at a time. Pets are not

permitted on furniture, may not be left alone in the home or yard to bark, and

must be leashed when outside. Please clean up after your pet (do-doo), as a

charge will apply if left for the cleaning crew.

Please note you must read, understand, and agree to all House Rules prior to

booking.



DISCOUNTS — JUST ASK

Reduced rates for off-season stays (September 15 – December 15), veterans and

active military, and current Texas tackle football coaches (our sons play for

Lake Travis in Austin — Go Cavs!). Send a message and ask.



POLICIES

Primary guest must be 23 or older. Guests under 23 require prior approval

before booking and a substantial additional refundable damage deposit, if

approved at all. A signed digital rental agreement and valid photo ID are

required before check-in. Strict cancellation policy applies. No smoking, no

parties, no loud music at any time. The property is security patrolled at

night.

    Hose in the back was burst and could not be used to rinse off sand. Garage door opener did not work.

    Place was great for what we wanted. I will say the master bed was pretty hard and the biggest issue of the stay was the batteries on our door keypad went out on our last full day(and my wife and my anniversary) and we’re locked out for about an 1.5 hours after breakfast before we were about to change and head to the beach. Otherwise it worked for us.

    The room was nice and the neighborhood was good. The only problem was the extra fee that was demanded on the day of the check in that no one had told me about.

    Dishwasher & wash machine not working on arrival. Cockroach haven. Garage unusable…full of stuff. Bedroom curtains lack privacy. Outdoor fence falling down, light bulbs out. Unable to watch TV because of intermittent poor sound. Poor drainage with master bathtub. Overall this property is not fit to be rented. Our dreams of a vacation on Padre Island were shattered.
