Groovy Goat: Private beach steps away, Heated pool, Golfcart, Game room

The perfect size house for 36 people. It wasn’t crowded at all, it was a quick walk to the beach, and the pool and patio were so nice that you could spend your whole vacation there! The neighborhood is gated so it is less congested than the main streets. The property management company knocked it out of the park with my questions and support! Always attentive and responsive, it was a true dream vacation rental!

It was a great house for a family reunion. The host was very responsive to questions and concerns. We had a great time and would definitely return.

Every year we treat our church staff for their service throughout the year. This home has everything and more.

This house was so very roomy! Very clean and the 2 washers and 2 dryers were a huge help! I’ve never stayed in a house that was more well stocked than this one- LOTS of dishes and pots and pans, cutlery… The 6 seater golf cart made it sooo convenient to get to the beach! Now, for Coastal Retreat- they were so easy to communicate with. If I messaged them, they got right back to me. Needless to say, we had a GREAT time!!!

Beautiful property. Pool was awesome. Kids loved the video games. Great place to hang out with all our family. All the bathrooms for all the bedrooms were a plus. We were a little worried about getting to the beach with the golf cart. It took us several trips each time but with our group someone was always available to make the run.

Groovy Goat is perfect for large family gatherings. We had 32 people there and loved every minute. Clean, spacious and met our needs with a short walk to the beach. Pool is amazing and the golf cart and arcade games are a great bonus.

We gathered family for a week and all worked out great! The home is well located and was laid out well. Kitchen had items we needed. Kids enjoyed the arcade games. The pool was cleaned during the week. The golf cart was great for shuttling folks down to beach. We would stay here again!

Every year my family of 22 (mixed in age ranging from 5 to 67 years old) get together to spend much needed quality time. We were fortunate to stay in this spacious house that allowed everyone a comfortable bed and space. There are many pros and a few cons that allowed us to enjoy each other's company. Pros: pool and hot tub area (spacious for our group and salt water based), large kitchen with good quality pots and pans to use, ample amount of beds (very comfortable, clean, and thoughtfully laid out), cleaned bathrooms, large long dining table for all to gather around and eat together, 2 washers and dryers (they worked and were cleaned without the musty smell that comes with front loaders), great neighbors/renters (friendly and respected each other), and the property manager is very responsive to any concerns Cons: air could not go below 70F (issues upstairs on 2nd and 3rd floors), 3rd floor need better ventilation and circulation, couches (need replacement, leather was peeling off on several of the couches especially in the main living room and it was just not comfortable to sit on), the oven needs to be recalibrated (learning curve but after the first use we figured out the setting) Overall the house is great for large families, in a great area, and clean (9 out 10). Thank you to the amazing management that resolved all my concerns and made our week stay memorable!

Had an amazing stay! Super easy to communicate with the owners when needed. The only issue we had is the freezer not working and it ended up ruining some of our groceries. I immediately emailed the staff and not only did they bring us an entire new fridge but also offered to refund us on the groceries that were ruined. I was extremely impressed with how fast and kind they were throughout the week. I also noticed the pool needing some chemicals put in half way throughout the week, and all it took was a quick email and they sent a pool guy right out to clean it! Great location, very clean, and overall an amazing stay with GREAT staff. 100% recommend for a family vacation.

We stayed at the Groovy Goat with five families—21 people in total—and it was absolutely perfect! The house was spacious, well-equipped, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Alex and his team were incredibly responsive and made sure every detail was taken care of. The heated pool and hot tub were definite highlights, and the beds were super comfortable. We were also impressed by the amazing water pressure in the showers! We would absolutely book the Groovy Goat again and highly recommend it to others.

We were a group of 18, 4 families for our annual spring break trip. The house was exactly how it shows in the pictures, having multiple king suites was perfect for all of the adults, and the two bunk rooms were just what the kids needed. The pool was a really good size for a rental, and lots of lounge chairs in the yard and plenty of umbrellas for shade. The walk to the beach was under 10 minutes, very easy. I would have expected at the house would've had a little more leftover things from previous families, little things that would've been helpful like saran wrap, Tupperware containers, the house had a lot of empty cabinets. We left a lot of things we purchased for the next family thank you

We were in Florida for our son’s wedding. We chose this place because of how perfect the room arrangements matched what we needed. Nice setup with the private, separate 2 rooms and den on the third floor and so many 2nd floor rooms with king beds. The place was really clean when we arrived. The golfcart was a great plus. Our family and friends really liked this house for us. Very happy!!

We had a great experience staying at the Groovy Goat. The living/kitchen/dining room is even more spacious than it looks in the pictures. The beds were very comfortable and the house is ideal for large groups. We spent a lot of our time at the house in the heated pool and hot tub, which were the perfect temperature for late February. There’s a great coffee shop and a breakfast shop that are next to each other within walking distance from the house. I would 100% rent this house again.

From the time you open the door until you tour all 3 stories, this house is beautiful & very clean. We had 11 adults & 3 children ages 2 years to 10 years old & everyone was comfortable & could go to their own private space when needed. Approx 1/4 easy mile walk to beach with a private gated entrance. Fully stocked kitchen with an awesome ice maker!! Beds very comfortable. Nice, quiet neighborhood. Golf cart so fun to ride around. Close to Pompano Joe's which serves delicious food. Theyre seafood nachos were great! Pool & hot tub were awesome & we had a blast visiting in & around pool.
