Grey Stones Villa is 575 SF of oceanfront luxury encompassing one king bed, one sofa bed, one washroom, a full kitchen and large living space. Open concept, cathedral ceiling, floor to ceiling window spaces flow throughout.

Private secluded 5 acre site in Brooklyn, on the outskirts of Liverpool.
Pets are not allowed. Smoking is not permitted in the Villas. Please use ashtrays provided on decks and patios.
The Breakwater is serviced with a drilled well and septic system (no municipal sewer connection). Please conserve water when possible. Do not flush anything other than toilet paper down toilets. Cooking oils and fats must be disposed of in container provided in fridge.

This is a superbly nice unit and is likely the most completely outfitted rental at which we’ve ever stayed! Clearly our hosts have had experiences themselves with rentals where something (or multiple somethings) is missing or needed. Not the case here. They truly have thought of everything. We were looking for a week of peace after a couple travel weeks on the run and this peaceful place by the water hit the mark. This was our first trip to Nova Scotia and we really found the south shore beautiful (and did I mention peaceful). The area was a bit shy of decent places to eat, but that truly was our only concern. Go! Enjoy! Take it easy!

The property is lovely, with clean, well-equipped units. Cheryl and Stew, the hosts, are friendly and responsive. We enjoyed the harbour view, seeing boats go in and out and watching seals swim. We used the on-site pizza oven one evening. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Property is new and very tastefully decorated with everything you may need. Close to town yet you feel miles away in this quaint setting on the ocean. Listening to crashing waves is a treat you never get tired off. Location was close to several popular beaches. Hosts were welcoming and treated us to pizza from the outdoor oven!!! We will return!!

The Grey Stone at The Breakwater is a wonderful accomodation for enjoying your holidays. It is very quiet situated with an amazing view over the bay of the Mersey River. The holiday home offers all needed amentities and it is very tastefully furnished and decorated inside and outside. In the kitchen you will find all dishes, cutlery and pots you need for cooking. The bathroom is large-scaled with a flat entrance to the spaciuos shower. We stayed here for 8 nights and enjoyed our stay very very well. Special Thanks to Cheryl and Stew for the warm welcome (the strawberry jam was yummy). We would always come back again. Antje and Juergen from Bavaria

The Grey Stone In Liverpool is wonderful. Stu and Cheryl have thought of everything. This was truly an upscale property. We enjoyed the fire pit with the other guests for hours. I was sad that we only booked one night.
