The outdoor space was amazing, and the peaceful view of the lake instantly made everyone take a deep breath. Make sure to bring s’more fixings for the fire pit...fan fav spot!! The kitchen was so well stocked! Our crew of gourmet foodies had everything they needed and more. We appreciated the air filters in each of the rooms as some of our crew suffer with allergies, and because of the filters they were able to breathe easy. The game closet was as well stocked as the kitchen! And we enjoyed using the kayaks. The only minor suggestions we had were to have a pump to inflate the bike tires for the bikes on property. Also, the blinds in the master bedroom needed a minor repair to close completely. We would definitely recommend this house to friends and would be happy to stay again. Lastly, the property manager was friendly and professional. She happily shipped some forgotten items back to our home after our stay.

There were no cushions in chairs or available. Lot of stuff could have been removed or fixed in the nice area outside. The trail down ito lake was nice. TVs in the house did not work. We wanted to watch football. Luckily, we brought one. For sure , pictures were taken well to make it look different than real living area inside and out. Don’t leave food on counter, ants are there. It was comfortable bedding and bathroom. Our expectations were let down for what we booked. Booking and contact was good.

Great property located on the water with a path to the lake. The home is located in quiet area of Eden Isle - and is only a 5 minute drive to the marina. The home is equipped with anythin you need for your stay.

We stayed here for a long weekend with our 5 children. The house was perfect. The website was accurate, the property manager was super helpful, and the house was clean. We rebooked in 2 weeks. We are grateful that we found this perfect spot. Highly recommend
