Stayed Sep 12, 2024My wife and I stayed here while visiting our son away at college. Great stay and perfect for what we needed. Super clean and easy, and the neighborhood was clean, safe, and quiet. Walking distance to downtown Greer which is fantastic. Would highly recommend, and will book here again!

Stayed Dec 31, 1969The rental was clean, comfortable, and sized for our needs. Although the house is small, it feels roomy. I appreciated being able to rent a property with just enough room to fit two people comfortably, instead of a house designed to fit a large family. Please note there is no dishwasher and no washer/dryer in the guest house. Kitchen facilities are spare but adequate. The guest house is on the same lot as the owner's home but we did not see or hear the owner or anyone else nor were we bothered by any noise in the neighborhood. Thanks!

Stayed May 13, 2024Kim was awesome. She was friendly, attentive and wanted to make sure I had what I needed. The home was clean, nicely decorated with pretty much anything you may need provided in the home. I felt safe, had a great area for walking and was only minutes from everything. I highly recommend this home.
