Stayed Oct 4, 2025Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: House was not very clean. Furniture in bad shape as well as matresses. Vent to house was filthy. Not soap for dishes. The house is in a perfect location. Beautiful beach.

Reviewer Comments: For many years we have come to Destin as our Thanksgiving tradition.But Destin has grown so large and commercial we just had to leave it.Dune Allen Realty and Greenwave property have been the perfect retreatto continue our family vacation. Yes we heartily recommend them and this property.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed here many times. The location is amazing. We love to walk off the deck and be steps away drom the beach. The house size and layout is perfect for our family. As stated before, the beds REALLY need replaced. Every year that’s the biggest complaint all around. For the amount we pay to stay here, I would expect better....much better.

Love this house!4 bedrooms each with a full bathroom makes many guests easy, big great room, walk on to the beach.Whats not to love.

Stayed Apr 18, 2024We truly enjoyed our stay and fell in love with the location of the house. We loved waking up and having coffee on the deck watching the waves! As older vacationers it was nice to be so close to the water! The house was perfect and the area was very safe! Enjoyed every minute of our stay. Thank you so much!

Stayed Mar 16, 2024The house was clean, in proper working order and well maintained with one exception. The stairs/decking had been partially replaced - the part that had not been replaced including the stairs and hand railing leading from the back porch is old and in need of full replacement. The wood easily splinters and the hand railing was wobbly so it was difficult to use the railing without injury. I strongly recommend full replacement of all decking and stairs to ensure proper safety of guests.
