The lounge room and master bedroom are air-conditioned and the two other bedrooms have ceiling fans. The master bedroom also has a ceiling fan and a king size bed. The other two bedrooms have a king size bed in each that can be made up into 2 king singles. Please advise at time of booking if you require these beds to be made up as king singles. The main bedroom also has an ensuite, and Hisense Smart TV. All bedrooms also have USB charges in power points at the bedheads and access to a shared balcony.
The well equipped kitchen has all new appliances plus a Delonghi Coffee Machine and Milk Frother - BYO Nespresso pods. And everything that you may need for your holiday in the way of cooking needs.
Dining table seats 8. The lounge also has a Hisense Smart TV.

Lovely outdoor seating which will accommodate 8 people. Large 5 burner hooded BBQ and retractable awning - please bring in when not in use, when windy, or raining and at night.
Main bathroom and ensuite both have hair dryers. No bath in the main bathroom.
The laundry has a front loader washing machine and dryer.

There is a gate in front of the unit giving access to the green area and straight to the beach!
