Stayed Oct 24, 2025When we arrived, it appeared someone was staying there. The bed downstairs was slept in. I called immediately and we were ssked to leave for 3 hours so a cleaning crew could come in. We had 2 small children and it was already after 6pm. I did the cleaning. The light in the laundry room didn’t work and was to be fixed Saturday which never happened. I had to wash all the bedding before we slept and I haven’t heard a word about any refund including the cleaning fee that I was promised. No communication from the host after issues.

Stayed May 21, 2025Host refused to issue credit for 1 night after shortening trip well within the required timeframe. Agreed to do so on text and then disappeared.
