Stayed Apr 12, 2024Our youth group was attending a conference in katoomba at KCC and needed a place to stay. This house turned out to be such a great space for our large group. The kitchen is great, large dining table was awesome, plenty of rooms and bathrooms. The property manager Kerrith was particularly helpful and easy to deal with. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. A few other reviews mentioned some worn fittings and fixtures, we noticed some of these but it by no means outweighed how nice the space was and for what it is this place is priced well. Thanks for a lovely stay.

Stayed Apr 2, 2024Stayed here Easter 2024 with friends and family. Adequate space for our group although two couples had to sleep in cramped double beds, another stayed in a king Linen, towels and kitchen facilities were good. The property is in need of some basic maintenance-eg. front door handle is loose and hard to turn, upstairs towel rack isn't properly fixed to the wall, dryer has intermittent issues. Tennis court can't be used: I advised at the time of booking (months ahead of our stay) that we wanted to use the tennis court. The grass on the court was the same length as the rest of the lawn and didn't allow a tennis ball to bounce properly during a game. Pretty disappointing given the high rental price and that the court is an advertised feature of the property.
