This cottage was a lovely peaceful place to stay over the busy Christmas week. It's in a slightly more rural location in Marazion, away from the main hub but close enough to walk on foot to reach the beach and town in just 15-20 mins. Lovely sea views from the upstairs living room windows. Well equipped kitchen and modern comforts throughout. Nice to receive a welcome pack with some food treats and a bottle of Prosecco plus a Christmas tree and Christmas candle lights in the windows which was really thoughtful. Plus the heating was switched on when I arrived which was a lovely welcome. Adjustable heating temperatures on the heaters in every room. However, the upstairs bathroom underfloor heating wasn't working, so it was very cold and damp in there. The windows did continuously develop a lot of water moisture on them, especially on the balcony door window, so I had to continually wipe it off to prevent any mildew forming. The wifi instructions & password were incorrect in the welcome folder & so were the coffee machine instructions. One of the living room light bulbs wasn't working when I arrived and the main contact lady who I tried phoning 4 times and left a voice message, never got back whilst I was there which was very disappointing. It would be good if it was explained beforehand that the cottage parking area/driveway is also shared with other vehicles, particularly as both the bedroom windows face directly onto the driveway. This aspect didn't make my experience feel so private unfortunately, especially as I didn't know who these vehicles belonged to. Despite these niggles, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here and would definitely return again and I would highly recommend it! :)

This is a very comfortable property in a lovely location. It is very well equipped and homely. The outside maintenance could be better, as it looks a bit unloved when you first arrive. There was a lovely welcome pack which was appreciated. The view from the outside area is beautiful. If you want to walk to a pub this is not really the place as it's not just a short stroll!!! Overall we were very impressed and had a wonderful stay.

Lovely, light, airy and well laid out property. We had a great week at Greenfields coach house. The view from the balcony was brilliant, in most directions, especially at night with the distant views of twinkling Penzance and Mousehole. The cottage is well appointed and the second shower was a bonus. The beds very comfy and storage was well planned. Thanks!

We had a great week in the coach house. The house is quite welcoming. It had everything one needs for a hasslefree stay. We’d love to come back some day…

A lovely place to stay, the main draw is really the location and the view out to the beach. Marazion is a gem. Can’t give the house itself 5* as felt it was a bit underwhelming in some respects - the bathroom was always really cold, and the wall hanging kept falling off the wall so you couldn’t hang up your towels. There was also no hand soap in the whole house - only some cheap sanitiser bottles which was extremely odd! Definitely need to provide hand soap? Also the tea/coffee offering was average, kitchen had no salt or pepper etc. have stayed at some places where they really go the extra mile and this was not that! Otherwise the kitchen was well-stocked with good crockery, cutlery, equipment etc. overall a nice place to stay.
