Love staying at this property. Convenient to everything and a great walking location. Close to all downtown activities and restaurants. Charming patios and a feeling of coziness
Place was clean and nice but outside patio furniture needed cleaning. Only has one TV in Living Rm. and not comfortable to sit and watch TV in the evenings. Bath soap dispensers in the showers were both empty and had to go find some in a closet.
Great location!! Very charming with lots of character. Bed are comfortable. Kitchen is small but well stocked. Def recommend
This rental property was excellent. Clean and spacious. The living space could use a new couch but overall the beds were comfortable. The showers were well stocked and water hot. Air conditioning was excellent. Parking was easy but there was a charge for parking. I felt a little mislead as the property advertised “off street private parking” and only once I was booked did I notice a parking charge. Should’ve been included in the property based on the advertisement. Great location walkable to a a few bars and restaurants. Easy Uber to anywhere downtown. Would stay again.
Over all …… good!
This is our second time staying in this cute cottage. The location is perfect, off street parking is convenient and the space is adorable. We will certainly be staying here again. Our son is in college in Charleston and this makes a perfect spot for us to stay while visiting. Thank you!!!
Fit our needs perfectly. We were there during a perfect weather week. The only downside could be that if the weather isn't perfect the only dining table is outdoors. The beds are very comfortable as are the showers. One hair dryer and the curling iron didn't work. Overall it was great!
Walking distance to King Street. We enjoyed the stay.
The cottage is perfect, 4 bakery’s around the corner, blocks from king st. Perfect setting.
Easy to get around town and to the beaches. Bed was comfy and living room basically comfortable. Shower was good. Negatives: We didn’t plan on cooking but if you do, the kitchen is not well stocked for that. Even for non chefs, you need an ice tray or a portable ice maker, instead of lugging a bag of ice down the street. Kitchen counters were also badly damaged and need replacing. Patio cushions also were very dirty.
We stayed here with our son, who is a college student in Charleston. It was a fine size for 3. The location is great, parking is easy and the cottage is super cute and comfortable. We will certainly be back. Thank you !
We had the most amazing weekend in Charleston! This house is so close to King street and all the fun, that we hardly had to use Uber! The property manager was quick with responses and Charleston is simply CHARMING!!!
We loved our stay at the cottage. It is the perfect location and the patio was fabulous! We even used the outdoor shower. It is small, but we would come back.
We loved our time at the cottage over the long Easter weekend. The home is a comfortable and convenient base of operations to explore the city and we liked the youthfulness of the neighborhood where it's located. Very convenient to grocery, coffee shops, bars, restaurants and boutiques, the location is great!
Great cottage. back yard space was nice and cozy. Parking off street was a bonus. communications with owner and property manager was excellent. Would recommend this unit for up to four people.
